If you know how to bake pancakes, you can make them according to your own recipe. And for the rest, I will continue. If you have a blender, put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. If not, use a whisk or fork. First mix the eggs, then add milk and all other products except flour, mix well. Then add a little flour, mixing the dough thoroughly so that no lumps form.

Be sure to heat the pan well and grease it with oil.

I think that for the holiday it is better to bake intricate pancakes in the form of snowflakes. This is done quite simply. Pour the bulk of the pancake into the middle of the pan, and, turning it slightly, let the dough spread a little.

Then you scoop some dough into a spoon and draw patterns around. You can collect the test in a small plastic bottle and draw from it. This is somewhat more convenient, but the test is spent more.

When all the pancakes are ready, cover them with a plate or cling film to make them softer.

For now, let's get on with the filling. Cut salmon into small squares. Cheese grate on a fine grater. Finely chop the pickles too. Pepper, add mayonnaise and mix everything.

Divide the onion into feathers and steam with boiling water to make them more elastic.

In the middle of each pancake, put a tablespoon of the filling, form a bag and carefully tie with onion feathers. During this procedure, it is better to involve children or a husband, let them also take part in the preparations for the holiday.

These bags are served cold to the table, but if you are making them on the eve of the holiday, it is better to warm them up in the microwave for a few seconds so that the pancakes are not harsh.

Meat rolls with cucumber and mustard.

Products:
- pork 400 grams;
- pickled cucumbers 2 pcs.;
- red onion 1 pc.;
- mustard grains 2 tbsp. spoons;
- salt pepper;
- flour for breading.

Cooking:
Cut the meat into thin plates, cover with a film and beat well, salt and pepper. Cucumbers and red onion cut into strips. Put grain mustard, pieces of cucumbers and onions on each piece of meat.

Roll into rolls and secure with toothpicks to keep them from unraveling. Gently roll in flour. Put seam side down first in a well-heated frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry on all sides until golden brown.

Cut the rolls in half at a 45 degree angle. Drizzle with lazy tartar sauce.

Products:
- pickled cucumbers 2-3 pieces;
- head of red onion;
- garlic 2-3 cloves;
- half a bunch of parsley;
- salt pepper;
- mayonnaise 2 tablespoons;
- granular mustard.

This sauce is prepared very simply, and most importantly, quickly, but this requires a blender. Cut all the ingredients, put everything except mustard in a blender, and beat until smooth. Now add mustard to taste and stir with a spoon. You can, of course, chop everything finely, but it will take time, and during the New Year's troubles, it is just not enough.

Herring under a fur coat in a roll

Products:

- herring - 1 pc.;
- potatoes - 4 pcs.;
- carrot - 1 pc.;
- beets - 1 pc.;
- mayonnaise - 200 g;
- bow - 1 pc.;
- vinegar for pickling onions.

Cooking:
Pre-cut the onion arbitrarily and marinate in vinegar for 2-3 hours. But you can put raw, at your discretion.

Boil potatoes, carrots and beets, cool, peel and grate on a fine grater or cut into small cubes.

Peel the herring, separate from the bones, cut into small pieces.

It is better to squeeze the beets through gauze to remove excess moisture. If your carrots are also juicy, then it is better to squeeze it out.

To make a roll, we spread cling film on the table, a cut plastic bag or foil, whoever has what. Mix the beets with mayonnaise and spread evenly on the film. Cover again with clingfilm and tamp the layer well. Remove this top film. You can salt the beets a little. Try to make each subsequent layer slightly narrower in width than the previous one. We do the same with carrots, only now we smear them on beets. The third layer - potatoes with mayonnaise, is smeared on carrots, respectively. Don't forget to salt it. Next, put the onion, if you pickled it, then you need to let it drain so that it is not too wet. And the last layer is herring. It is better to lay it not over the entire surface of the roll, but with a long log in the middle. We tamp all layers in the same way with the help of cling film.

Gently roll the roll around the herring log. We tamp the edges well. We wrap in the same film. We put the snack in the refrigerator, until the arrival of guests. Before serving, remove the film and cut into portions.

Snack "Calla"

Products:
- 100-200 gr. ham or any boiled sausage;
- 100 gr. any cheese or fatty cottage cheese, it must be salted;
- 1 carrot;
- 2 cloves of garlic;

Cooking:

- a can of canned peaches in halves;

- a jar of yogurt;
- lemon;
- mustard.

Cooking:
Boil the meat in salted water, cool.

  • crab sticks 10 pcs.;
  • hard cheese 200 gr.;
  • mayonnaise 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • pepper.

Cooking:
Grate cheese on a fine grater and set aside. Cut potatoes, eggs, crab sticks as small as possible, season with mayonnaise and pepper. Salt, in principle, is not necessary, but if you really want, you can. Mix everything well. With clean hands, roll into balls slightly smaller than an egg. Roll them in cheese. Insert skewers or toothpicks.

Method number 2

Products:

  • processed cheese 2 pcs.;
  • hard cheese 100 gr.;
  • a bunch of dill;
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 boiled eggs;
  • paprika;
  • mayonnaise.

Cooking:
Wash the dill and dry well.
We rub the eggs and cheese on a fine grater, squeeze the garlic through the press and add a little mayonnaise so that the mass is not too wet. We mix everything thoroughly.

  • 150-200 grams of cheese;
  • 5-6 garlic cloves;
  • 4 boiled eggs;
  • 3 art. spoons of mayonnaise.

Cooking:
We rub the crab sticks on a fine grater and set aside - this is our sprinkling. Cheese and eggs are also three on a fine grater, garlic is passed through a press. Add mayonnaise, mix everything well. We make balls, as in previous recipes. Roll each ball in shavings of crab sticks.

For potatoes.

  • potatoes of medium size 1 kg .;
  • vegetable or olive oil 3-4 tablespoons;
  • salt about half a teaspoon;
  • any dry to your taste half a teaspoon.

Cooking:

Steam prunes with boiling water. Dry.

Wash the meat and pat dry with a paper towel. Make deep incisions not completely at a distance of 1-1.5 cm.

Mix all the ingredients for the marinade well, squeeze the garlic through a press.

It is good to coat the meat with marinade, not forgetting the pockets.

Put all the prunes in each pocket. Carefully transfer the meat to the roasting sleeve. The sleeve should be 2 times longer than the piece. Fasten the sleeve on both sides and refrigerate for a day or a little less.

When you need to cook, take a potato, cut off the bottom on one side.

Mix the oil, salt and seasoning well and pour the potatoes on top, not forgetting to get into the holes. Now we place the finished potatoes together with the form in the baking sleeve and fix it on both sides.

Remove the rack from the oven so that it is cold. Preheat the oven itself to 200 degrees. Now put the mold with potatoes and the mold with meat on the grate. Bake for an hour.

When the potatoes and meat are ready, when they cool down a little, put them on a dish, after tearing the sleeve and cutting the meat into portions.

Cut the meat into large pieces, salt, pepper and fry in a hot pan on both sides until golden brown. Place in a saucepan.

Cut the onion into half rings and fry until golden brown in the oil that remains after frying the meat. Put the cooked onion in the pan on top of the meat.

Add hot water so that it does not slightly cover the meat. Simmer for an hour on low heat.

All products are quite affordable, and almost everyone has them in the refrigerator. Is that not everyone can have tuna, well, it doesn’t matter. You can buy it without any problems in any store.

Preparing such a salad is also easy, simple and fast enough. Even those who have never cooked anything will cope with its preparation.


Cooking:

1. Grate carrots for Korean carrots. And salt it a little. Try. Carrots should be salty, but not oversalted. Mix and squeeze a little. Pepper on top. Leave for 1 hour so that the carrots are well salted.

2. Cut the onion into half rings.

In 0.5 cups of cold boiled water, add a little vinegar to taste. You can add 1 teaspoon, or 1.5.

If acidic foods are contraindicated for you, then simply cut the onion into small cubes and pour water over it to release bitterness.

Leave the onion to marinate for 1 hour.

3. During this time, let's cook potatoes. It must be cleaned, then cut into two halves. Cut each half into elongated triangles - slices, preferably of the same size and thickness. Cut it in such a way that it looks beautiful. When everything is beautifully prepared, then the salad as a whole will look beautiful and appetizing.

4. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, and preferably into a cauldron. Warm it up to a bluish haze. And fry the potatoes in it in small portions. Each serving will fry for 10-15 minutes, depending on how thick the potatoes you cut.

In the process of frying, the potatoes should be periodically stirred with a slotted spoon. This is necessary so that it is fried evenly and covered on all sides with a beautiful fried crust.

If desired, peeled potatoes can be boiled first, and then cut and fried.

But I prefer the first option. I find these potatoes to be delicious!

5. In both cases, the fried potatoes must be removed with a slotted spoon, allowed to drain a little oil and then put on paper towels. To prevent excess oil from getting into the salad.

6. Allow the potatoes to cool.

7. Boil eggs, let cool and cut into cubes.

8. Taste carrots. It should be moderately salty. If you suddenly over-salted, then rinse it under cold water, and then fold it into a colander so that the water is glass. In this case, you will need to add a little pepper.

12. From jars with tuna, it is necessary to drain the liquid component into a separate bowl. It will be useful to us later. Put the tuna on a separate plate and lightly crush with a fork.

13. From the jar of canned peas, you must also drain all the liquid.

14. Start putting all the ingredients on the plate in layers, but in a kind of chaotic mess.

15. Our task is to lay out all the products in such a way as to form a slide, and so that all the ingredients are clearly visible.

16. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon into the juice from the fish. Mix. Drizzle the resulting sauce over the salad.

You can also add mayonnaise to the sauce if you like it. The quantity can be varied. But I'm not a big fan of mayonnaise. Salad without mayonnaise is less high-calorie and very tender, with a pleasant slightly sour taste.

We will need:

  • boiled beef or veal - 350-400 gr
  • raw potatoes - 2-3 pcs
  • eggs - 7 pcs
  • pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs
  • champignon mushrooms, or any other, marinated - 200 gr
  • green peas - 100 gr
  • cheese - 70 gr
  • mayonnaise -6-7 tbsp. spoons
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • salt - to taste
  • sunflower oil - for frying potatoes
  • lettuce, dill, parsley - for decoration
  • ground black pepper - optional and to taste
  • cherry tomatoes -3-4 pieces for decoration

The recipe also uses pancakes. They will need to bake 2-3 pieces.

For pancakes:

  • flour - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • milk - 100 ml
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • sugar - 0.5 tbsp. spoons
  • vegetable oil - 1 teaspoon
  • soda - on the tip of a knife
  • salt - a pinch

As you can see, no chicken. But there are pickled mushrooms, salted cucumbers. And we even baked pancakes especially for the coming Year of the Rooster!

Preparation:

1. Get the dough for pancakes. Let it stand for 30 minutes so that all the ingredients are combined.

2. Fry 2-3 thin pancakes.

3. Cool the hot pancakes a little, fold in half and roll into a tube. Then cool completely. How cool to cut, how to cut the roll, thin circles. Then the pancake will roll out and you will get long narrow strips.

4. Cucumbers cut into thin strips.

5. You will also need to boil the meat in advance. Boil it over low heat. It is not necessary to salt throughout the entire cooking, so that the salt does not draw out all the delicious juice from the meat. Salt for 10 minutes before the end of cooking. Cool the cooked meat and cut into thin strips.

We try to cut all the ingredients approximately the same in thickness and length. Since we will build a nest from them, it is better to cut them in the form of twigs, that is, straws.

6. Eggs should be boiled and also cooled. Then separate the whites from the yolks. Squirrels cut into thin strips.

7. We also need mushrooms. We use pickled mushrooms. Usually everyone uses champignons, and they are no worse in a salad than the rest. So, we also cut the mushrooms into strips, to match other products.

To do this, cut raw potatoes into very thin strips. Sometimes it is recommended to grate potatoes for Korean carrots.

10. In a large bowl, combine the chopped cucumbers, meat, mushrooms, egg whites and pancakes. There also add canned green peas, from which the brine was carefully drained.

14. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater, I use Russian. Chop garlic and mix with mayonnaise. Put some mayonnaise in a small bowl. Dip the yolk in mayonnaise and roll in the cheese-garlic mixture.

Salad "Capercaillie's Nest" - how to decorate and decorate

To make the salad look most impressive, it is better to spread it on a large flat dish. Then it will look exactly like a nest. Only prettier and brighter. If the real nest is discreet, disguised as tree branches. That is our "nest" - bright, flashy, just right for any holiday!

1. Put lettuce leaves on a large flat dish or plate.

2. Put the ingredients mixed with mayonnaise on the leaves in the form of a small hill. We make a small depression in the center where we will put the eggs.


3. We cover the entire surface of the laid out ingredients with french fries. Do not forget the edges, laying them on them, lightly press the potatoes so that they do not fall.


Here is what a beautiful and cozy "nest" we got.

Therefore, we will cook it unconventionally, we will replace chicken with meat, or smoked sausage, or brisket. You can use boiled tongue, or even take a little bit of everything.

  • boiled breast 300-400 gr. (unconditionally replace with boiled or smoked meat)
  • boiled potatoes 3-4 pieces
  • boiled carrots 2 pieces (medium)
  • 2 pickled cucumbers
  • half a can of green peas
  • a bunch of green onions
  • bunch of greens
  • mayonnaise to taste

For pancakes:

We will need:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • salt on the tip of a knife
  • 1/3 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 100 ml. milk
  • 1 clove of garlic

As you can see, the composition of the products is also quite simple. And what a beauty! So take note of this salad, especially if you have never cooked it!

Cooking

Pancakes for Roses:

1. Mix eggs with sugar.

2. Add salt and soda to the flour, mix.

3. Combine flour with a mixture of eggs and sugar.

4. Slowly stir in the milk.

4. Cut carrots, pickled cucumbers, chicken into small cubes. Cut green onions as usual for salad.

5. Lay out everything in layers in this sequence - chicken breast, cucumbers, green peas, carrots, green onions and the remaining potatoes.

6. Salt each layer as needed and to taste, coat with mayonnaise as much as you like, but it’s better not to overdo it, otherwise sometimes they put so much mayonnaise in the salad that the taste of other products is not even felt.

The next few salads are based on chicken fillet. But do not be tempted, resolutely change it for meat.

Salad "Pomegranate bracelet" with walnut

This is another favorite salad for the holiday. And of course, it is very often cooked on the New Year's table! And this year they will cook it all the more, because it contains pomegranates. Which, both in color and in taste, strongly recommends the upcoming Year of the Rooster!


What do we need for this:

  • chicken fillet - 350 gr. (change to boiled meat)
  • carrots - 3 pieces
  • potatoes - 3 pieces
  • beets - 3 pieces
  • onion - 1 piece
  • egg - 2-3 pieces
  • pomegranate - 1 piece
  • walnuts - 100 gr.
  • mayonnaise - to taste
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. spoon

Cooking.

1. Pour eggs with cold water, if they are from the refrigerator, let stand for 20-30 minutes. Then add half a tablespoon of salt and boil for 8 minutes. Drain hot water, put under the tap under cold water, let the water run a little. Then pour cold water, and leave the eggs in the water for a while so that they are better cleaned.

2. Boil potatoes and carrots. Potatoes will cook for 30 minutes, carrots a little faster.

3. Beets can also be boiled, but to make it faster, I boiled the beets in the microwave. To do this, pour a glass of water into a special glass container for the microwave. Wash the beets thoroughly, pierce in several places with a fork, put in a container with water, cover with a lid. Put on the "Vegetables" mode for 8-10 minutes. Then turn the beets on the other side, and repeat the procedure.

4. Wash chicken fillet, put in water and boil in salted water for 25-30 minutes. Then take it out, put it on a plate so that the liquid is glassed, and the chicken dries. It will be necessary to remove the skin from the fillet and cut it into thin strips, or you can also cubes. Who likes it better.

5. Finely chop the onion, pour a spoonful of oil into the pan and fry it until golden brown. Then pour half a glass of boiled water, and without reducing the heat, let the water boil, stirring the onion occasionally. Once all the water has boiled off and you see the onions begin to fry again, turn off the gas, cover the onion with a lid, and leave it like that. Water and then a closed lid will help our onions not crunch on our teeth when we eat salad.

6. Pour the nuts into a deep bowl and crush with a crush. You can also grind in a blender, but it will take longer to wash and clean it. The pusher can be used to quickly crush the ceiling, and the size of the resulting crumb can be better controlled. The crumb should not be very small, so that it would be nice to nibble on a nut when it hits your tooth in a salad.

9. Place an inverted glass in the center of a flat plate. We spread the first layer around it in a circle - chicken (meat). On top of this layer we make a thin mayonnaise mesh. In order for the mesh to be thin, you must first remove the mayonnaise from the refrigerator, it will warm up a little, and will be squeezed out in a thin stream. It is necessary that all layers are saturated with mayonnaise.

10. On top of the meat (chicken) is the next layer - carrots. When you put it out, salt and pepper to taste.

11. Now it's time for nuts. They need to lay out only half, the rest will still be useful to us. Now another layer of mayonnaise. Yes, a mesh would be just right here.

12. Mayonnaise is done. Now lay out the potatoes. It must be salted and peppered to taste. and of course, also grease with mayonnaise.

13. Next, lay out a little less than half of the beets, lightly salt.

14. Put the fried onion on top of the beets, slowly evenly shifting it down. And the rest of the nuts. Again, you will have to suffer and smear mayonnaise on naughty nuts. But you be more careful, take out the mayonnaise in advance, then you will just draw a mesh and that's it.

15. So what else do we have left - eggs! We spread them, do not forget to salt. Good thing you don't need mayonnaise.

16. Spread the remaining beets, distribute them well throughout the circle. Now lay out the last layer of mayonnaise. It should not be too much and too little. This salad is like in a fairy tale about 12 months. It is as if it is winter outside, but then the month of August hit the ground with his staff, and a family of mushrooms grew on a lawn covered with green grass.

This is such a small hello from the summer. For its preparation we use whole pickled mushrooms. For this we take either champignons or mushrooms.

We will need:

  • chicken breast - 1 pc (replace with meat)
  • potatoes - 3 pcs
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • hard cheese - 150 gr
  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • pickled cucumbers - 3 pcs
  • fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
  • marinated champignons - 1 bank
  • pickled mushrooms - 150 gr
  • mayonnaise - to taste
  • dill - bunch
  • salt - to taste
  • vegetable oil - for greasing the salad bowl


Food preparation:

1. Boil the meat. Then take it out and put it on a plate so that all the juice drains from it.

2. Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs.

3. When the vegetables have cooled, grate potatoes and carrots on a coarse grater.

4. Either grate the eggs too, or cut them into small cubes on an egg cutter.

5. Grate pickled cucumbers for Korean carrots, or cut into very small strips.

6. Cheese also rub on a grater.

7. Cut the meat into medium-sized strips.

8. Finely chop the dill.

9. Put the champignons out of the jar into a colander so that all the water is glassed from them.

10. Prepare a deep salad bowl, grease it with vegetable oil and line the inside with cling film so that long edges remain. We cover our salad with them.

1. We choose champignons and form mushrooms directly in the clearing. We spread them with their hats down directly on the film, you can put larger mushrooms in the center, and smaller ones towards the edges. In general, as your fantasy tells you.

2. The next layer we have is greenery, this is the same mushroom clearing.

3. Then cheese, eggs. Salt the eggs lightly and grease this layer with mayonnaise. Who loves more mayonnaise, someone less, so add it to your liking.

4. Now we will go carrots, and then meat. We also grease this layer with mayonnaise.

5. Then add pickled cucumbers and potatoes, which we also salt and grease with mayonnaise.

As you have noticed, we grease the ingredients with mayonnaise through the layer. I do this so that the salad is not too oily. But if you want, you can lubricate each layer with it!

This is the classic version so to speak. But I also add one layer between the carrots and the meat. I make this layer from canned mushrooms, which I collected in the summer in the forest and marinated.

6. If you also have such a cherished jar, then do not regret it, add finely chopped mushrooms to the salad. The taste of the salad will be just amazing. Any mushrooms will do - both porcini, and boletus, and honey mushrooms, and mushrooms. Today I add mushrooms to the salad.

Well, if there is no such jar, it doesn’t matter ... add the remaining champignons, or just skip this layer. In principle, it will be so delicious!

One more nuance. If you are not a fan of mayonnaise, then the layers can be smeared with sour cream. And I like to mix sour cream with mayonnaise in a ratio of 50% to 50%, and grease the layers with such a mixture.

7. We cover the last layer with a film. And put in the refrigerator. Salad should be infused for at least 10 hours.


Instead of champignons, you can use mushrooms and the salad will then acquire a new beautiful look and a completely different taste. But I must tell you that this taste is not worse than the previous one.

Also, as you know, the Rooster greatly appreciates simplicity and does not spend money in vain. In the composition of the products, everything is the simplest. But this doesn't hurt the salad at all. Ingredients are selected in strict accordance, they are balanced. Everything is perfectly combined, and "Sunflower" is obtained like no other!

We will need:

  • chicken breast - 300 gr (replace with boiled meat)
  • mushrooms - 300 gr
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • eggs - 5 pcs
  • cheese - 150 gr
  • olives - 0.5 cans
  • chips - 0.5 cans
  • mayonnaise - to taste
  • sour cream - to taste
  • vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp. spoons
  • salt, ground black pepper - to taste


Preparation:

1. Boil chicken breast (meat) in lightly salted water. Cool, remove the skin if you are using an unfinished fillet, and cut into small cubes or small strips. Whoever wants.

2. The second main component is mushrooms. Today I have forest fresh mushrooms. These salads are the most delicious. In addition, such mushrooms also have a wonderful forest aroma, which is also important.

3. Mushrooms must be cleaned of forest debris. And also clean the leg by scraping it and removing the dark layer. Cut into large pieces. Then fill them with water and put to boil.

As the water boils, note the time and boil lightly with salt for 10 minutes. During this time, remove the foam.

4. Then we throw the mushrooms into a colander and let the water drain.

5. Onion - a small head, also cut into smaller cubes and fry in oil. Pour a couple of tablespoons of oil into the pan first, if not enough, then add another spoon.

6. Fry the onion until slightly golden, do not overcook. And immediately add the mushrooms. Reduce the heat and sauté the onion and mushrooms for 10 more minutes. Place on a flat plate to cool quickly. Then cut into small cubes.

7. Boil eggs until tender. Separate the whites from the yolks. Grate the whites on a coarse grater, and the yolks on the smallest. Try to choose eggs with a bright yolk for salad. Then the salad will look like a real sunflower - bright and colorful!

8. Grate cheese on a coarse or medium grater.

9. Olives cut into two halves. This will be the "seeds" of our sunflower.

10. Prepare mayonnaise and sour cream. You can make a salad only with mayonnaise. I will do 50 to 50, mixing sour cream and mayonnaise. So, the salad will turn out to be less high-calorie and more tasty, because two dressings are always better than one.

11. And finally, chips! The product is not very useful - but art requires sacrifice! To create such a culinary masterpiece - chips are needed. In the end, if you are completely against them, then when you eat, just put them aside. It's easy to make, the chips are not mixed with the salad. We will have such a decor, namely, sunflower petals.

Well, everything is ready, it remains to prepare only a large flat plate or dish. A salad does not fit on a small plate, I warn you right away, pay attention to this!

Cooking:

1. The first bottom layer we have is chicken fillet or meat. But before we put it on a dish, mix it with mayonnaise and sour cream in the bowl in which we have it.

This will allow each piece to soak in the sauce when the salad is infused. If you stir immediately on a dish, it will be ugly, smeared and smeared.

Therefore, we interfere with the meat with sauces on a separate plate, and then carefully lay it out in the dish on which we will serve. Pepper this layer a little to give the salad extra flavor and some piquancy.

2. Put the cooled mushrooms with onions in the next layer. We will not lubricate this layer with anything, it is already lubricated with us - with oil. If there is oil left in the plate on which the mushrooms lay, then it is not necessary to pour it out. Mushrooms and onions have already taken as much oil as they needed.

It is not necessary to press the layers. We spread the ingredients freely, as they fall. The layers will compact themselves while they are soaked, as they need to!

3. Then lay out the grated egg whites. We also grease this layer with sour cream and mayonnaise in equal proportions. Or just mayonnaise, if you are a fan of it.

By the way, you can prepare a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream in advance by mixing everything in a separate bowl. Stir not too much so that there is no leftover. It's always better to mix in extra.

And it is also very important not to abuse the lubrication. We have salad with mayonnaise, not mayonnaise with salad. Sometimes they put so much mayonnaise in the salad that the taste of nothing else is no longer felt. And the salad almost floats in it. Everything is good when everything is in moderation.

4. Put a layer of grated cheese on the proteins. It will also need to be slightly flavored with dressing.

5. Now, carefully, so as not to wrinkle, lay out the top layer of the egg yolk. Sometimes pickled corn is laid out with this last layer. But in this case, another layer of mayonnaise is applied to the corn.

I prefer the egg yolk, because in this case, additional lubrication can be dispensed with.

I do not salt any of the lettuce layers. Chicken breast and mushrooms were boiled in salt water. Salt is present in mayonnaise and chips. And in chips it is even more than it should be. I only slightly peppered the layer with chicken meat and that's it.
