Under massive events it should be understood as a collection of actions or phenomena of social life with the participation of a large number of citizens committed in order to meet the political, spiritual, physical and other needs of citizens who are the form of realizing their rights and freedoms, as well as a form of social communication between people and the method of developing unity of identity installations, The team and society as a whole.

We work with the historic environment, and not with the official objects of cultural heritage, to the restoration of which funds are distinguished. Historical buildings can stand for decades, and nobody will touch them. So, some at home in Samara have not seen painting for a hundred years. The problem of the historical environment is painful for many cities of Russia. Most often, it is used as a construction site for new sleeping areas. It is discussed a lot about it on the Internet, and we decided that if millions of comments on social networks were written about her fate, then you can find at least a dozen people who will go from words to business.

Since the authorities had no ideas what to do with the historic environment, we decided to take the situation in our hands. Show that even small injections that can be made by the cores themselves are radically change the situation. We wanted to show what beautiful historic building can be, if it takes a little about it. Initially, we decided to just paint at home. Then they realized that this was not enough. Joiner's work is needed, replacing the details that have come into disrete, work with residents of houses. The project constantly turns new meanings. Later came the idea that the culture should be brought into this medium, create events, engage in the improvement of territories. So we learn and make the festival more and more perfect. In 2016, he successfully passed in three cities where we broadcast their experience. We have accumulated such a number of knowledge that we decided to transfer technology further. Therefore, in March we spend the school "Tom Sawyer Festa". Applications came from ten cities.

At the beginning of the launch of the festival there was much more skepticism to our activity than now. Not everyone believed that we could bring until the end of our work at least one house. And now 11 houses have already been restored in three cities. In Samara, our facilities attract tourists: thousands of tourists visited the houses, which were simply passed by their work by them, without seeing nothing remarkable. We tried very hard to make work at the festival not sorrowful heroic work, but a real holiday. The place where you want to rest. Including a break from permanent mental labor and do physical. "Tom Sawyer Fest" came out in his own socially useful fitness.

Since 2002, I am engaged in graffiti, and from 2008 I started traveling a lot in Russia. At my trips, I got acquainted with the locals, we painted and walked around the city. Returning every time in Yekaterinburg, I began to pay more attention to the city, architecture, people and mentality. He began to truly fall in love with him and decided to hold events devoted to the promotion of graffiti. Just at that moment I met the same sensitive people as I, it was Evgeny Fateev and Andrei Bellolov. We began together to invent the format of something interesting, important, large-scale, and most importantly - the citywide. And one day of 2010 on the bench in the city center was born a festival of street art "Stenografi". Our task was to make urban space a little better, brighter and more interesting.

Every year, "wallographic" produces new creative projects, new meanings in street space. After we formulated our picture of the world, we managed to infect the same sensitive people. So we have a large team of organizers and volunteers every year.

The first two years we explained to people what it is and why it is necessary. Gradually, "wallographic" began to attract citizens, as they saw that change the environment where they live, not so hard. Ekaterinurbursts are included in the process, their courtyard, street, the city becomes no longer a stranger, but by their own. It happens, the townspeople help the artist create an object or feed it. Once someone delivered a TV on the street so that the artist could draw and follow the football match with his favorite team.

We sincerely believe in what you need to fight for the "environment of the visual", because, changing your habitat, we change ourselves. I think this is what attracts people. People of different ages come to us, wealth and warehouse of the mind. Schoolchildren, students, couriers, managers, bartenders, director of agencies - everyone wants to help "wallographic". Someone wants to get knowledge, someone - make the world brighter, someone just wants to relax from the working days.

When the initiative occurs from below, the project lives longer: until it needs to citizens. This position is stronger, because if the project is conceived from above, the directives will stop at one moment and the project will close.

I wanted to create a universal art language. Such a reason just became the "jambanism". By organizing the festival, I learned to clearly talk about complex professional things. This is invaluable experience of simultaneous communication with officials, tractor drivers, artists, famous Moscow architects, locals, communal services, students. Such communication definitely causes to act. With the help of master classes, lectures and architectural workshops, which we spend at the festival, residents of the city are mastering the technology of working with the urban environment.

During the festival, we communicated a lot with the locals, so we received approval from them. They constantly kept the idea that people like to see things that reflect them themselves. Therefore, a good organizer should be able to maintain a balance between conceptualism and lubk.

Students, start-ups and people who are looking for themselves take an active part in "Kurbanistik". Also, in our city there is a single headquarters of volunteers. Thanks to him, people receive different skills, and the team of city festivals is becoming more open. The rest come to observe, listen and just relax.

In fact, the "jambonics" acts as a change catalyst. When we spent in 2015 the festival in college of folk crafts, this event hooked the Department of Education, and other colleges also began to introduce educational innovations, make a design conference. Those who attract the spirit of creativity are constantly poured into our team. "Boo! Fest" rubber and accommodates a variety of projects, the main thing is that they fit in style. The administration has not yet interfered in the workflows: all content, all content and form we do. This also attracts creative people, many of whom are flying officials and do not participate in urban events, not finding place for themselves. At the same time, the Governor Symphony Orchestra plays on the "bo! Fest", the libraries make their program, Vladimir-Suzdal Museum-Reserve participates. The whole essence of success is to combine a wide variety of people on the general field of love for reading and curiosity to books that you will not see in a network store, while maintaining a bright and lightweight atmosphere. This lightness is infectious.

Seven years ago, the "OMK-Participation" charitable foundation has already worked in Vyksa. We collaborated with institutions that help children in a difficult life situation provided targeted assistance to families, led educational programs for teachers. But we wanted to create a project for adolescents and youth Vyksa - for those who, in ten years, will come to work for the Dusty Metallurgical Plant, to other enterprises of this city, for those who seek large cities for new impressions.

Sometimes people seem to be that life in big cities is more rich and full, so the desire to go to the capital, abroad, away from the native home. At first we focused on high school students and students. Over the years, we realized that our festival is interesting and older people. Although our main landmark is not affordable: we make a festival for those who love shus and are ready to participate in its transformation. We strive for Villas to take a worthy place on the country's cultural map, so that residents of the city of metallurgists were proud of not only the history of the plant, complex technologies of modern production, but also the Festival of the Art-Orag city culture festival, which changes the rhythm of the life of the city, his yards, Parks, squares, fates of its inhabitants.

At the first three festivals, the slope was made in favor of youth modern culture: music, extreme sports and Street Art. In subsequent years, accents shifted to the area of \u200b\u200barchitecture and development of urban spaces: art yards and elements of the improvement of the city park appeared. "ART-ORRAG" - the festival of urban culture, which transforms the life of a whole city. In Vyksa, in the Central Park, on the embankment, in urban microdistricts, unique modern art facilities remain, for the creation of which artists, sculptors and architects come from around the world. In the park there are exhibitions, the studios are created in an open-air studio, where musicians, choreographers and athletes conduct master classes for everyone. So, in the year of the 70th anniversary of the victory, we conducted a campaign in memory of the residents who went to the front. All day, the artist drew a chalk on the asphalt card of a pre-war city. Participants of the promotion lit 6,355 candles - by the number of not returned home. Residents of Vyksa danced on the map of the city of Candack and danced Waltz, the one that did not have time to dothanvent in 1941, volunteers who went to the front. The preparation of the festival takes the year. We communicate a lot with artists, citizens, volunteers, curators of programs. They help us take a look at the festival from the side, our personal participation creates the history of the festival. For six years of urban culture "Art-Ozrag", dusts as a large-scale and expected event went into practice. One of the results of our work is that today I drank not only as a city of metallurgists, but also as a city, where its inhabitants together with artists create a new space for life and creativity.

I especially want to say about the Art Dvor program. We suggested a competition where the neighbors can apply, who decided to transform their yard. They are discussing their proposals with architects and designers, meet several times to come to a general decision. Then they actively participate in the transformation of their yard, they work, go to the subbotnikov, are engaged in improvement.

The festival helps citizens of their initiatives to formulate and implement.

For more than three years, we regularly hold city weekends - these are meetings of citizens, where you can get acquainted with the city communities and activists, a lecture, fair, games, workshops. It is very pleasant to see how the townspeople come in advance and organize their shops and cafes. But it's still a sample story for ten people. We wanted to actively participate to take a larger number of people, and the definition of this task was the flea market. Our participants instantly picked up the idea. The playground in the courtyard Textil is ideal for its holding. We managed to attract people who have never been to traditional chaotic flea markets. From the first flea market, we saw that the format works and is gaining popularity very quickly. For residents of the city is a simple and affordable opportunity to take part. Everyone has things that stopped serve, and now it is possible to give them to those who are looking for and will appreciate. We are pleased that very different people are joined: from students to pensioners, from people who came to the flew for the first time, to the regulars of the flea market. Everyone unites the desire to have time to spend time, to get together in the crowd of bright and pleasant people, chat and find a unique thing.

While we are preparing for the flea market, we communicate with the participants who are registered in advance. We configure them that the flea market is not trading in the sake of trading. The main thing here is communication. Tell me the story of things, tell your story or the history of your family. The subject acquires magic as soon as we turn it into memories.

We were struck that many visitors and even participants did not know what a flea market was. Therefore, from the first event, we introduced a lecture on which we are talking about the traditions of flea markets in different cities of the world, about Yaroslavl flea markets, about the history of things and the need to give them a second life. We open a recycle-workshop, telling about the coolest finds on our pages on social networks, invite experienced banners. We also support the local community of ecologists who promote ideas not to buy disposable, single-room things, not to throw out what can serve other people or can be sent to processing.

Our organization is an NPO moderator between citizens and government representatives. We earned our credibility credit, people see more accurately, what values \u200b\u200bare at our desire to organize citizens' meetings, they know that they do not lead political or commercial forces. We are also interested in living in the city, it was comfortable and interesting to live in the city.

Initially, there was no idea to create a full-fledged musical festival. A friend and local scenic roller Sasha Grekov came to us to the agency and offered to make a "big party" under the open sky. We all discussed and decided to approach the organization a little deeper: consider the concept, philosophy, communications with guests, emotions. Do something just like that - boring. Moreover, in the case of the "Tesla" there was a possibility to really leave a trace in the history of the city. What ripened in our heads, no one in the history of Khabarovsk has not yet done.

The format of the open-air festival we have approved immediately. First, there are no good concert sites in Khabarovsk. Secondly, Open-AIR is the only way to collect really a lot of people. Organize "Tesla" was very hard. Even before the festival, we thought about themselves as experienced organizers. We have a lot of urban festivals by shoulders, hundreds of commercial events for brands, but Tesla exhausts completely: a lot of nuances, a lot of monetary, human, technical and temporary resources. In the regions, everything is much more complicated with the implementation of ideas: you can come up with anything you like, but not everything is available.

In order to come up with and organize "Christmas trees, sticks, five bison", we have coincided with several factors. Our team saw the photos of bison from the Prague Zoo, where they chewed coniferous trees. At this time we were friendly with foresters of the Sestrian forest park, which were responsible for the bison. They also had crushers for trees. And now everything came together at one point: there is a bison, the Christmas trees are, crushers are. So we came up with collecting unnecessary coniferous trees from the townspeople and transmit them to feed animals. The very idea of \u200b\u200bthe project is fresh and very logical. No one has established an eco-processing of the Christmas trees for us.

When planning such a project, we as a voluntary movement proceed from your resources. Residents per share reacted positively. With our help everyone learned that the life of the bison is not so terrible as they write about this in social networks. I think the Petersburgers liked the idea because it combines several components: ecology, animal care and a rudeness of the Christmas tree. Citizens understand that they can help and make it easy. Different people involved, which unites the non-equal environment.

We begin to prepare for three months before the start of the action. In such a work, a good team with understandable roles and operating functionality of each organizer is very important. The inclusion in the process is a necessary condition for the successful implementation of the project. Also need proactivity. It is she improving the quality of life. Citizens make a specific project sometimes easier than officials that are limited to protocols and budget. But the best effect is obtained in the collaboration of officials, public organizations and residents. "Christmas trees, sticks, five bison" takes for the third year. After some time, other cities became interested. Since last year, Moscow has connected, and this year also Yaroslavl and Arkhangelsk.

Thanks to our promotion, a new tradition appeared in St. Petersburg, which completes the January holidays. For citizens it is possible to contribute to the ecology, animal protection and reasonable consumption. According to the participants, many are grateful and inspired, they want to join.

And in order to answer them, a Saturday jog was invented in the city center, where you can ask and hear the answer, feel your comrade shoulder and just get into a friendly community, a warm company. At one of these runs, I was. The race on Saturdays in the morning became the main tradition of "run, Rostov, Roots", and people began to gather around this tradition.

People gather different professions, ages, status. You can even say "from different worlds", but a great general interest in our run really unites. One simple jog can turn the idea of \u200b\u200bany aspect of life simply because you ran with a specialist in this area and talked to souls.

Over time, the concept has changed a bit: over a few years, a narrower community with active leaders appeared a little against the background of the movement, often rival with each other. Now we are like an umbrella over every runner city. We are a platform that combines all lovers, regardless of commitment to some particular club or school. City government significantly helps us, for example, in organizing the citywid holiday "Eye January 1", which put the record of Russia in mass, but this is a separate big story.

Of course, in the city and before there were running communities, "CLB" - clubs of fans of running. But many were not easy in this environment: with all due respect to colleagues, the communities were like pioneer circles and clubs in interest with the strict arch of vowels and segless rules. It seems to people lacked simplicity and accessibility.

We live at a time when the citizens affect only they themselves. If the request has ripe, then the other residents of the city jointly organize the answer to it. On the effect of Domino: For two years, the number of amateur occasions increased several times - they pass almost every weekend, there were really mass events in good weather, in good weather in the stadium, and one athletics player has become obvious to the city. And this, of course, not merit organizers or communities is the result of the interest and activity of residents of the city.

The guests of Marketov at the beginning were our friends and the same as we, young people. I really liked everyone, but many said that it was a "hipster party". Time passed, and we became a city project. The quality market and the medium that we create will allow you to be born of new interesting participants. The project began to attract people because of good sites, the professional approach of teams and concerns about the participants. We combine creative entrepreneurs who are original in comparison with a classic retail.

There are a number of achievements that I am very proud of. For example, in two days of the market, we showed the site "Zarya" factory in all aspects: as an exhibition, musical, lecture. My dislike for the new year in Vladivostok motivated me to make the New Year's Fair "Scandinavian village" - one of the most cute and complex projects. We also came up with neon markets, created an unusual decor and shifted the attention of buyers to the atmosphere.

Volgograd was almost completely destroyed during World War II. This is a city in which there is no cultural continuity and memory. The study of this phenomenon, as well as the actualization of the festival movement, we have dedicated our research. The idea of \u200b\u200bthe project arose due to the feeling of the disadvantage and the absence of an alternative artistic product. We have determined the goal - to become a platform for holding a regular artistic event, develop and promote local artists, urbanists and curators, as well as declare the existence of a local art scene. "Decade" seeks to teach artists to the whole cycle of the creation of works.

We also decided to develop a number of inactive and abandoned urban spaces. Every year our team chooses unique from the point of view of architecture, but abandoned, inaccessible or inactive places. For example, the space of the alcohol or the building of the Tsaritsyn vodka. And of course, it is very important for us to activate the city communities. We could not just "find" some public spaces again, but also inventing new ones: so, after a few months, the organizers of other cultural projects on our footsteps held their events on the empty alcohol and on the vehicle.

"Decade" is a research project, in which artists reflect on the local specifics and characteristics of the region. Therefore, every year we choose a new concept, a concept or idea that are defining or symptomatic for the territory. An important content of many projects implemented in the framework of the Decade was the orientation of partitioning art (the art of complicity. - Approx. Ed.). We decided to invest our resources into a change in the relationship of citizens to the issues we rose, from the state of roads to the preservation of cultural heritage.

Thus, the participants of our project disintegrated into two, often non-intersecting groups: these are specific communities with which artists work, and the audience, who can become accomplices at every moment and give feedback. We are ready to accept anyone who wants in our community.

In order to track the project feedback, we introduced the #publicArtVG gestheg and were surprised by a positive response.

Despite the fact that we manage to involve individual local communities in the project, in general, we see two problems. First, local residents are skeptical about any design activity and do not believe that collective actions can bring tangible changes. Secondly, despite the fact that Volgograd is one of the most poly ethnic regions in the south of Russia, almost all communities lead an extremely isolated and closed existence. Therefore, we are working to form a sense of involvement, and try to establish links between closed communities.

We hold on to the enthusiasm of the participants. Now the main financial resources for the implementation of works we get through grant assistance, so for us, of course, the support of the administration at least at the level of human contact and recognition is important. Every year we try to attract Volgograd artists and those who influenced the development of the local art scene in the previous decades, but left the city.

Speaking together with the artists, young find role-playing models, samples for imitation and faith in the fact that they can achieve something not only on the local art scene. After two "decades" we have already achieved some success. In Volgograd, a community of young artists were created who were able to try themselves in the field of actual art. During the second decade, the Volgograds witnessed the emergence of new collaborations between artists.

By typing the modern sociocultural technological complex, we partially relied on the proposed A.V. Falcon structure of the modern socio-cultural system.

In the structure of socio-cultural technologies, highlight three main groups:
