It is important to realize that today's students are tomorrow's leaders of society. Plus, the old adage, "Leaders are not born, leaders are made," is as true today as ever. If we agree with the idea that "leaders are made", then we must also agree that preparation for leadership should be taught in school. The skills gained as a result of passing the leadership course can help students in self-improvement, improving the life of their organization, the life of their school and village.

It is important to realize that today's students are tomorrow's leaders of society. Plus, the old adage, "Leaders are not born, leaders are made," is as true today as ever. If we agree with the idea that "leaders are made", then we must also agree that preparation for leadership should be taught in school. Program

"Leader", unlike most programs, is individual: its task is to help a member of a children's team or organization, to personally awaken him to active actions, self-improvement, and programming of his future.

This program of work of the children's organization involves the identification, stimulation and training of leaders, i.e. those children who have the greatest authority among their comrades and strive to lead them, involving them in various interesting activities.

Our time - the time of major changes in the fatherland - is returning to the concept of "active life position", its original meaning. However, it is impossible to activate the activity of all at once. The line between "passive" and "active" will gradually blur. The process of educating activity, training leaders is manageable and should be built on the basis of cooperation, mutual respect and trust of adults and children. After all, the success of the implementation of all plans for children's associations depends on how active the childish "leaders" are.

Psychological game

« Ideal Leader School»

7 classes

Conduct form: Psychological game for teenagers

Target : familiarization of students with the concept of "leadership talent", the study of leadership qualities, the search for ways to enrich their leadership potential.

Preparation plan:

  1. Definition of the theme and goals of the game;
  2. Selection and analysis of methodological literature;
  3. Selection of psycho-gymnastic games and exercises;
  4. Drawing up a plan of conduct;
  5. Selection of equipment for the game.

Plan of the event:

  1. Orgmoment;
  2. Introduction;
  3. Warm-up exercises;
  4. Basic exercises;
  5. Reflection;

Equipment : whatman paper, markers, test materials, recommendations for the development of leadership qualities, methods for conducting games, pens, colored pencils.

PROGRESS

  1. Orgmoment;

All participants in the game sit in a circle on the carpet, opposite each other.

  1. Introduction;

Acquaintance with the theme and goals of our game.

Teacher-psychologist:We have the opportunity to get together by a time machine to the school of the ideal leader - the school of our dreams. But we will not move on foot, but in an imaginary time machine. Our time machine is designed in such a way that in order to move anywhere, we must precisely set the parameters.

The parameters in our case are leadership qualities: the ability to manage oneself, awareness of the goal, the ability to solve problems, the presence of a creative approach, the influence of others, knowledge of the rules of organizational work, organizational skills, the ability to work with a group.

Before setting off on the Time Machine, let's get to know each other, or rather, get to know each other a little (say their name, what class they are in, their interests, plans for the future, what they like, what they don't like, etc. )

  1. Warm-up exercises;

Exercise "Signal in a circle".

Teacher-psychologist:So the parameters are set. You need to send a signal to leave. Be careful. Time is movement! Take your seats in the circle of the Time Machine. Now all participants should put their right hand on the left knee of the neighbor on the right, the left hand on the right knee of the neighbor on the left. The captain of the ship gives a departure signal - a clap on the knee of a participant sitting next to him. The signal is transmitted in a circle (2 circles are possible) until it returns to the captain.

Imagine that we are in the far, far future in the year 3999. We have moved into the future and now we need to create our own school of the ideal leader. But first, the captain of the time machine must be sure that you are a team, that you are united and understand each other, otherwise nothing will work out. (As a rule, the chairman of the high school council is chosen as the captain of the Time Machine).

  1. Basic exercises;

1. Exercise "Live ranking".

Teacher-psychologist:When performing the exercise, it is necessary to create a circle, according to some signs.

Participants of the time travel must, at the command of the host, line up:

By hair color without words (from dark to lightest);

  • by growth (from the lowest to the highest in ascending order);
  • by the color of the blouses (from the lightest to the darkest);
  • by clothes (those in a skirt in front, those in trousers become further);
  • eye color (from darkest to lightest).

2 . Rock, paper, scissors game

Teacher-psychologist:But the tests don't end there. You all probably know the game Rock, Paper, Scissors. Alternately in the group, a leader is selected who leads.

Teacher-psychologist:You are a team! Our team has a big heart, it rejoices and is sad, worries and sympathizes. Let's try to figure out what makes us sad and what makes us happy.

3. Exercise "What makes my heart sad and happy"

The participants of the game need to continue the phrase: "My heart at school sings and rejoices when +", "My heart at school is sad when +".

In a circle, travelers voice the reasons for sadness or joy in their hearts. The first one starts with joy, the second talks about the cause of sadness, the third again about joy, and so on.

4. Exercise "Confusion"

Every leader must, despite the complexity of the current situation, find a way out of it. In order to continue our journey, you need to, in the truest sense of the word, get out of the shackles of a spider.

All participants stand in a circle (facing each other) and stretch their arms forward.

Teacher-psychologist:You need to close your eyes on the count of “one, two, three”, and then, approaching the center of the circle, each with his own hand must find other pairs of hands. On a signal, you open your eyes and, without releasing the hand of the other, you need to unravel so that the circle forms again.

No difficult and confusing situation will stop the leaders of our school.

5. Reflection.

Exercise "Announcement".

Our journey in the Time Machine is coming to an end. At parting, each participant of the trip says his wish to the whole group and draws a heart on the paper, where he leaves his wishes, writes his attitude to the seminar.

Seminar - workshop ends with a song. (Annex 1)

Teacher-psychologist:Summing up the workshop:

Dear guys, you probably already know that in our fast-paced time, where all kinds of changes often occur, it is very important for young people not only to have strong

academic knowledge in academic subjects, but it is equally important to be able to adapt in modern society. Successful adaptation in society is served by social or interpersonal intelligence as the ability to understand others and get along with them. One of the indicators of high social intelligence is leadership talent.

Leadership, or social, giftedness is, first of all, organizational skills, as well as the possession of some value that is important for society and an exceptional ability to establish constructive relationships with others, both with peers and with older people. It also lies in the ability to see and use the personality traits of another person, his personal and intellectual resources.

How does a leader build relationships with other people? A true leader thinks about other people, considers their interests. This is a decent person who does not prevaricate, because the dressed mask of responsiveness will not last long, the true face of a person will still appear in his actions, in relation to his comrades.

And so, as you can see, at first glance, the leader is a simple person, just like everyone else. But in communicating with him, you feel a strong, life-giving energy that attracts, helps to believe and make the most incredible dreams come true. I would call the leader a person with a "sunny bunny": he, as it were, highlights the best in other people, notices talent, aims at creativity.

And today I would like to award all participants in the psychological game "School of the Ideal Leader" with certificates of "Self-Government Leader", which confirms the fact that you have passed the psychological selection and can rightfully be called leaders.

WEDNESDAY

palms of kindness

Remember, if a person expects gratitude for his kindness, this cannot be considered true kindness. You should not expect to witness the joy of others and hear their praise. Good deeds should give you pleasure in and of themselves, and while giving something to others or helping them, you should not expect a reward. This is real kindness.

"Let's live in peace!"

Goals:

  • Develop in children a friendly attitude towards each other.
  • Develop their communication skills.

1. Warm up. Game "General Rhythm"

Everyone is standing in a circle. The facilitator claps his hands several times, setting the rhythm, which the group maintains.

2. Introduction

Leading: Communication is the interaction of people with each other. Communicating, people transfer knowledge and experience to each other, exchange opinions and impressions, share feelings, discover other people and at the same time get to know themselves better (I tell you my "I", and you give me your "I").

Issues for discussion:

- Tell me, is your communication with other people always successful and causes positive emotions?

Is it necessary to learn how to communicate?

- Why do you think this is necessary?

3. Attention game “Quack-quack”

Reading B. Lipanovich's poem "Interesting Conversation".

Frog “Kwak-kwak!”,
And the Duckling “Quack-quack!”,
Everyone said, everyone asked...
We talked well!

The children are standing near the desks. The host in random order pronounces the words “Frog” and “Duckling”. The boys in chorus say the words of the frog (“Quak-quak”), the girls - the words of the duckling (“Quack-quack”).
The game is played at a fast pace for elimination: whoever makes a mistake sits down. At the end, a summary is made of who was more attentive (“Duckling” or “Frog?”

4. Talk about communication

- Do you agree that the heroes of the poem "had a good talk"? Why?

Why do people talk to each other?

- It is known that Robinson Crusoe spent 28 years on a desert island. What do you think was the most difficult thing for him?(Despite the fact that making fire, building, hunting, farming, making furniture, clothes, etc. was not easy, the hardest thing was loneliness (“No one to talk to.”)

Class task: try not to talk as long as possible, how long can you stand it?

5. Exercise “I am glad to communicate with you”

The facilitator invites one of the students to reach out to one of the guys with the words: “I am glad to communicate with you.” The one to whom they extended their hand takes it and holds out their free hand to another child, uttering the same words. So gradually, along the chain, everyone joins hands, forming a circle. The leader ends the exercise with the words: “Guys, I am glad to communicate with you!”

6. "Soldier and rag doll"

Instruction. Participants are invited to imagine that they are soldiers who stand on the parade ground, stretched out to attention and frozen. As soon as the leader pronounces the word "Soldier!", The children portray such military men. After the participants stand in a tense pose, the command “Rag doll!” Is pronounced. When doing it, children should relax as much as possible: lean forward slightly so that their arms dangle, as if they were made of cloth and cotton. Then comes the first command, and so on. The game ends at the relaxation stage3. Work on the topic of the lesson

7. "Finish the sentence"

Instruction. Participants are asked to complete the sentence written on the blackboard:

  • "A true friend is the one..."
  • "Friends are always..."
  • "I can be friends with people who..."
  • "You can be friends with me because..."
    The children read the answers as they wish.

Then the facilitator sums up: friends are those whom we trust, who will not let you down, are able to support, sympathize. We can share our secrets with a friend.

8. Exercise "Siamese twins"

Instruction. The exercise is performed in pairs. The hands of children (right and left) standing nearby are tied with a thin scarf or scarf. In this case, the brushes remain free. Children are given one marker of a different color. 3. draw a general drawing on one sheet of paper. Condition: draw m only with the hand that is attached to the partner. The theme of the drawing is suggested by the presenter or the participants themselves choose.
