Each university has the right to independently establish requirements for academic performance, which must be conformed to get a scholarship. In the contracting students, the state is not directly interested, therefore it does not allocate their benefits.

Nevertheless, it is worth considering that the contracting student can translate to the budget if there are free places. As can be seen, the distribution of students obtained during admission is usually maintained almost until the very end of learning, prior to admission to the magistracy and is little depends on the current academic performance.

The procedure for payment of scholarships in 2018-2019

The scholarship is accrued to students once a month, the exception in most universities constitutes payments for the summer months falling on vacation. During this period, most Russian universities charge funds more than once a month, and once in three months. Usually funds for all summer months come in June, it is this month that the session is surrendered, after which the students have successfully passed on vacation.

If they deserve the right to scholarship next year, they receive immediate payments for June, July and August. If the student did not reach the results giving the right to receive an academic scholarship, then he will be paid a scholarship only for June. The final cessation of paying benefits occurs a month after the release.
