TASS, 24 August. The developer of the youngest Yekaterinburg district "Academic" - the company "RSG-Academic" (GC "KORTROS") announced tenders for design and survey work on three key objects for the district. The company announced this today.

Among the tenders is the second stage of the construction of a transport interchange at the corner of Serafima Deryabina Street and the bypass road. The overpass planned at this place will largely remove the problem of traffic jams at this busy intersection.

In addition, RSG-Akademicheskoe will order a project for the construction of Chkalov Street on the site from Sakharov Avenue to the future Timofeev-Resovskogo Street. In addition to the motorway, a bridge across the Patrushikha River and treatment facilities will be built here.

Another object under design is the construction of Amundsen Street on the section from Sakharov Avenue to the Yekaterinburg Ring Road (EKAD).

The total cost of the three projects will exceed 32 million rubles. Tenders will last until September 7, after which the winners will start designing. "The appearance of these objects will radically change the transport situation in Akademichesky, and in many respects in the city as a whole," the RSG-Akademichesky JSC notes.
