The President of the RHANA Medical Corporation, Ekaterina Dibrova, reflects on an integrated approach to aging and how, with an increase in life expectancy, help each person maintain its high quality, ability to work and activity as long as possible.

- Ekaterina, you are currently promoting a franchise project in the field of medical and cosmetic services based on a registered Japanese drug on the market. Tell us how it all began and why you decided to cooperate with your Japanese colleagues.

Let's remember what Japan is associated with. Above all, with longevity and superior quality. In my opinion, the quality of Japanese pharmaceutical and cosmetic products should be the benchmark for manufacturers around the world. However, similar goods from Japan are very sparingly presented outside its borders, including on the Russian market. This is due to the mentality of the Japanese; they are very reluctant to share their developments, especially high-tech ones, which fully applies to "Laennec" - the only placental drug based on low molecular weight peptides, which is included in Japan in the state insurance program for the health of the nation. The Japanese generally have a very interesting approach to their health. What is their philosophy? They try to arrange the order of life priorities, lead a quality lifestyle and consume exceptionally healthy food. And by the way of life I mean not only the absence of bad habits and physical education, but also regular medical examination and health prevention.

In addition, their desire to achieve harmony with the world around them and with themselves through the development of such qualities as restraint and contemplation is of great importance. As for consumer preferences, the Japanese try to include in their diet as many natural products as possible.

The correct way of life also implies adherence to ethical standards. Having understood all this, I realized that from the point of view of ethics, this placental drug is an absolutely correctly created product, because it no longer belongs to either the mother or the child, and most importantly, neither stem nor embryonic cells are used in it.

Moreover, only an absolutely healthy woman can be included in the state program for collecting the placenta in Japan - all participants undergo a number of tests and analyzes, the selection is very strict. But even if all these conditions are met, the placenta is considered suitable only if the birth was successful, the gestational age was full, and the future woman in labor had never left Japan.

This is the attitude to the quality of raw materials. Then, when it enters the plant, it is processed in strict accordance with GMP standards and in an environment of absolute sterility. I discovered this direction for myself 20 years ago, when I accompanied my husband - doctor of physical and mathematical sciences, biophysicist, famous scientist in the field of oncology - on a trip to a medical conference. In general, by education I am an economist, by nature I am an organizer, so, having passed the appropriate training in the specialty "Organization of medical affairs", I founded my own company and began to build it literally brick by brick, because there was nowhere to wait for any investments. Of course, my husband helped me scientifically and medically, and helps me to this day. We are one team. He is my teacher and chief censor.

Surely you are faced with certain difficulties. Tell us in more detail what path you and your company have done personally in order to firmly occupy your niche in the market.

Difficulties - that's putting it mildly. For me, this work is comparable only to the preparation of a flight into space (smiles). I must say that it is very difficult to conclude a contract not only for production, but even for the use of such a drug. The Japanese are extremely responsible in their choice of partners. I succeeded only because I found a Japanese company that was able to vouch for me and recommended me as a person you can rely on in business (although my husband and I also played a role in scientific circles). During one of his visits to Russia, a representative of this company was able to personally observe how we work and what kind of people we are. It is very important for the Japanese to know who you are dealing with - with a businessman who is looking for immediate profit, or with someone who wants to build the foundation of a serious socially useful business. And when he was convinced that I was determined precisely to solve an important social problem, he willingly helped me. However, any drug can only provide a long life through scientific research, correct positioning and advancement in the right direction. But the most important point in this program is undoubtedly registration.

In Russia, it is worth an incredible effort to officially register such a drug, because it is very difficult to convince the entire medical community that this is an effective drug, the safety and effectiveness of which has been proven. This path took five years, during which an aesthetic direction appeared in our work - a comprehensive program of beauty and health, because it was necessary to start somehow earning money in order to simultaneously promote the main idea, participating in research and collecting weighty evidence base.

Finally, the drug has been registered as a hepatoprotective agent because that is how it is registered in Japan. After the tragedy in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, the issue of effective restoration of such a complex organ in treatment as the liver has become very urgent. In 1953, Japanese scientist Hieda Kentaro began developing a unique placental drug, and on the basis of the dissertation of the famous Russian academician Vladimir Petrovich Filatov.

In general, in which the Japanese have no equal - they find interesting innovations around the world and refine them taking into account their unique technological capabilities, and they never hide whose idea was originally from. Their task is to bring it to the market as a finished product. In Japan, it is enough to register a drug once, and then the doctor, at his discretion, can prescribe it for a variety of diseases.

In Russia, the legislation is different; the use of the same drug for treatment and prophylaxis in different fields of medicine is possible only if it is properly registered. Therefore, noticing the effect of Laennec on the immune status of the Japanese, we conducted large-scale studies at the Institute of Immunology of the FMBA under the supervision of Academician Rakhim Musaevich Khaitov, his scientific advisor, and proved that the drug is an immunomodulator and registered it in this capacity as well. Now we have two big directions where it can be applied. Then, from the point of view of hepatoprotection and immunomodulation, we began to conduct research in other industries, especially in gynecology, because in Japan this drug is actively used both in reproductive health programs and in programs for menopause and postmenopausal periods. But we did not stop there either, because the main goal is still to introduce in our country the Japanese model of preserving health and longevity based on Laennec. This should be a social program, and for people of pre-retirement age, because, firstly, it belongs to the field of preventive and restorative medicine and rehabilitation - therefore, it saves the state from the costs of treating the population from diseases acquired with age, and secondly, financially quite "lifting". This is an increase in the quality of life due to active longevity.

However, as you noticed, you need to make money. But the consumer today has become more sophisticated and demanding. Under these conditions, business growth opportunities lie in productivity and efficiency gains. How can this be achieved?

I found the answer to this question for myself by developing a franchise project, which at very low cost guarantees patients a premium medical service. For 50 years, the network "LAENNEK KABINET®" has been developing in Japan, which is supported by the state program "Health of the Nation".

This is a completely rebuilt business model, within which we provide our franchisees not only with the drug itself and technologies for working with it, but also with centralized advertising support and assistance in promotion. There is a hotline where you can always contact any of the professors cooperating with us if you need advice on a difficult case.

Moreover, we provide free training for doctors on the basis of the RHANA Corporation training medical center with subsequent certification of specialists, and until they complete such training, the purchase of the franchise will not be finalized. This is necessary so that we can be sure that misuse of the drug does not discredit our name. Subsequently, we also regularly conduct professional development programs for specialists, author's seminars, master classes. This project is quite competitive and cost-effective, since it quickly pays off due to, I emphasize once again, the fact that the procedures are not expensive.

- What does this franchise project give to the patient?

First of all, Laennek Cabinet is a technology of active aging, a service for the prevention of a healthy lifestyle. The patient undergoes a quick diagnosis of his state of health. This is followed by the selection of an individual program and the course. This is a unique service, and as global practice shows, patients, once using it, remain committed to the procedures. The only explanation for this is high efficiency and sustainable results.

- What mistakes would you warn beginner franchisees against?

DOSSIER:Ekaterina DIBROVA
President of the RHANA corporation, candidate of economic sciences, full member of the International Academy of Sciences. Co-author of many scientific articles, active participant and popular speaker of various conferences: "Formation of a healthy lifestyle as personal and national priorities" under the auspices of the Federation Council; All-Russian scientific-practical conference “Health of the population of the Russian Federation. Laureate of the competition "Faces of the Year 2004". She was awarded the Honorary Sign of Public Recognition “I.I. Mechnikov ". RHANA Medical Corporation is a member of the Center for Community Development of Presidential Initiatives; a member of the Japanese Society of Clinical Placental Medicine (JSCPM). The corporation includes: a network of clinics, distribution, pharmacies, a training center, LAENNEK-ACADEMY.

First of all, you need to deal only with the original source, because when a new project appears on the market, many fakes for it immediately appear. There is no need to chase seeming cheapness at the expense of safety and quality. A new business should start by checking the franchisor's "ID". Feel free to ask for filing documents, including franchise registrations, technology intellectual property patents, and so on.

- Tell us how you fight counterfeiting. Is this a serious problem for you?

First of all, a Russified packaging approved by Roszdravnadzor has been developed specifically for deliveries and sales in Russia. When purchasing a drug, you should pay attention to the branded Russified packaging, protective hologram and packaging seals; the identification number of the produced batch of the drug (indicated on the back of the package, the same number is indicated on each ampoule) and information about the distributor (mandatory presence of the RHANA logo). We popularize our activities on specialized medical portals.

Roszdravnadzor and the Ministry of Health of Russia help us with this by sending letters to medical institutions stating that they are not entitled to purchase a counterfeit drug produced in Korea, which is not approved for use in Russia. This is a criminal offense.

- What is the uniqueness of this project for consumers from a medical point of view?

For the patient, along with the direct effect of the use of the drug, the advantage of visiting the office is that, before prescribing the procedure, we promptly conduct a complete examination (biochemical and clinical blood tests, ultrasound examinations, etc.) in order to have information and about the current state, and about chronic diseases. And only on the basis of the results of the examination, the patient is prescribed this or that program, and the effectiveness of the procedures is also determined by the results of the analyzes.

How do you work with your consumer? How do you participate in shaping demand in such a difficult field of activity as yours?

In Japan, there is no need to create demand, because the third generation has already grown up, which uses such offices; for them it is in the order of things, and things are absolutely necessary, they even call "Laennec" milk for the cell. But for Russia, generating demand is a difficult task. To explain to a Russian why he needs it, he has to hold a half-hour conversation, because for our compatriots this is not quite traditional medicine. Our goal is to make it traditional to take care of your health, to prevent illness, not cure it. After all, before all this was - and clinical examination, and preventive medicine. You just need to return to this. Then the demand for our services will also increase. There is one more important point.

It is necessary to start the formation of demand with educational activities in the ranks of the medical community by holding specialized congresses, symposia, speeches of our opinion leaders (opinion leader), i.e. an informal leader, authority in a particular area - ed. .), which seriously support us, since they give their authoritative assessment, their expert opinion and thereby confirm the high quality of the product. But how to reach the end consumer? Through a network of specialized clinics, where specially trained doctors will work with patients, explaining to them which program to pay attention to in order to improve or even restore their health.

In addition, surprisingly enough, public opinion in Russia is still being shaped by word of mouth, which has now reached a new level - in social networks. This is especially true of public figures who actively blog and share their impressions. After all, our direct consumer will not come to a specialized exhibition or conference, except perhaps to the InterCHARM exhibition ...

But for us, participation in it is rather not a cause, but a consequence, because our work has two sides of the coin, two aspects - aesthetic and medical. As I said, for me, mastering the aesthetic component was a forced step, a way to earn money to promote the medical aspect. When the Japanese partners found out about this, they were very surprised, because they did not consider using their drug in such a way. They really liked this idea, and they began to investigate how the drug affects the condition of the skin, its smoothing, how it promotes the disappearance of age spots, etc. We, in turn, based on the Japanese experience, patented the Laennec-Pharmacopuncture technology - this is a method of complex regulatory action on the body, which consists in making microinjections of the Laennec preparation into biologically active points.

Let's talk about quality. What, in your opinion, is the significance of this concept in the modern world? Is the role of quality increasing or, on the contrary, decreasing at the present time?

I believe that the importance of this concept has certainly increased in recent years. By the way, this is largely due to educational programs on television, such as "Quality Mark" or "Test Purchase". Go to any supermarket - and you will see that the population began to pay attention to the expiration dates and the composition of the products. And it is right. This means that we are seriously thinking about how to improve the quality of life. Therefore, there should be as many such broadcasts, and as many independent instances as possible should provide an expert assessment of a particular product or service. As for the drug "Laennek", then, for example, it has been repeatedly tested by various organizations, in particular, FBU "Rostest-Moscow". We try to get the competent opinion of as many independent sources as possible in order to confirm the high reputation of the product. But this is, in principle, a long process, especially for a drug.

What, in your opinion, is an effective manager, what do the concepts "manager" and "management" mean in your understanding? What personal qualities should a good manager have? What ethical standards should he adhere to?

A good leader, first of all, must clearly see the most effective goal, both general and related daily goals, and be able to set priorities. The second, no less important feature is the ability to form a professional team of like-minded people. Such teams are not born; they need to be raised to be confident in each, to sail in the same direction, in the same boat. My closest associates have been working with me for 15 years. I value my team very much, because only the work of a well-coordinated team will allow me to achieve my goal, no matter how ambitious it may be. The third component is the ability to plan. Global goals imply that there must be clear algorithms for their implementation. But medical goals must be righteous. And you should never speak badly about your competitors. Even about their enemies. I always say: let him go in peace. Let your competitor do as he sees fit; it is his, not your choice.

Could you, based on your experience, come up with some universal formula for success in life, in sports and in business? What does business excellence mean to you?

My formula for success is this: do not block success in yourself. Many people start very powerfully and then face some kind of contingency and begin to doubt themselves. The words “doubt”, “I can’t” and “I do not know” should never be heard in my office. We must always find an effective solution to the issue, propose new options, and not state that there is a situation that we cannot cope with.

If the universe sends a chance, it must be used 100%, otherwise one should not become a leader. Of course, this is a thorny path on which trials follow one another, and depending on how you cope (or not cope) with them, the next task is sent to you. But her solution will not provide a brilliant result if you have not followed the previous one. As for business excellence, for me it is, first of all, the setting of effective goals and their achievement, the combination of intelligence, the desire to improve and a decent appearance. These are the qualities of a true leader.

Chairman of the Board of Directors of Rolf Group of Companies, 51 years old

Tatiana became the chairman of the board of directors of one of the largest Russian car dealers. The numerical superiority of men in business and under her leadership does not bother Ms. Lukovetskaya. She started her career as a “girl on the phone”, was in charge of mechanics, became the first woman in Russia at the head of a dealership, and she listened to all the jokes about “women driving” back then. There are no trifles in her favorite business for Tatiana - with one hand she rebuilds the company's management system, with the other, she personally agitates to buy a car. She relieves work stress by singing, and has released two albums of romances.

“I love to live! My goal is to do everything possible so that people are healthy, so that everyone can maintain a high quality of life, ability to work and activity for the longest time, as well as receive beauty as a reward, - says Ekaterina Dibrova, founder and president of the RHANA Medical Corporation, which is already successfully managed for over 17 years, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, Full Member of the International Academy of Sciences, Candidate of Economic Sciences.

Why biomedicine is needed and how to use it correctly

The modern level of advances in biomedical technologies in Japan allows already now in clinical practice to solve many problems associated with the state of human health and active longevity. This revolutionary breakthrough was achieved through the creation of a number of biocomponents that formed medicines, biologically active additives, cosmetics, aimed at restoring the resource potential of the human body, the value of which determines our adaptive and defense mechanisms. We call this model the "natural longevity matrix."

The mission of our company is to integrate this model into the professional community as an effective and safe age management tool. Moreover, this model has existed in Japan for over 60 years. and refers to insurance medicine.

Health is the first responsibility in life! Thanks to the desire for a healthy lifestyle, we began to look 55 to 35, we know everything about the drinking regimen, organic products, detox. And 20 years ago, no one thought about it. We talk a lot about the prolongation of youth and life, about preventive medicine, and therefore I am proud of my choice, more than 17 years ago I brought to Russia the Japanese "gold" - a unique drug Laennec. As a prediction that there will now be such a boom in a healthy lifestyle, it was at that moment that the appearance of Laennec was more than timely.

It is not fashionable to be ill! First of all, beauty is health. You need to monitor your health, lead a healthy lifestyle, play sports and eat right. The mission of our corporation is the return of bioplacental medicine to Russia and the creation of first-class domestic drugs available to Russians. My life's work: Laennec Placental Therapy.

My philosophy is a holistic, fundamental approach to health. Everything is designed not for a short-term external result, but for efficiency, for a long state of active health.

Placenta-based cosmeceuticals: why your skin needs it

  • recovery and rehabilitation in especially difficult periods,
  • age-related changes
  • hardware and injection techniques,
  • photo and chronoaging,
  • even skin color, hyperpigmentation,
  • dehydrated and dull skin

Placental therapy is not addictive. Individual selection of the composition for the patient with a huge assortment. These are phytoextracts, phytoextrogens, essential oils, amino acids and placenta in different concentrations with high pharmaceutical purification. The entire section of drugs belongs to the pharmaceutical pharmaceutical cosmeceuticals, which indicates increased requirements for production, composition and effectiveness of use and an immediate visible effect.

Experience with Japan

Japanese society is very traditional, preserves a unique ancient culture, but at the same time is at the forefront of world civilization. Largely due to the highest level of medicine, education and culture, Japan became a country of long-livers in the twentieth century.

When I first arrived there, it seemed to me that this is a different world and another planet, we are so different. First of all, because

the Japanese have a completely different attitude to life: they are always tuned in to communication, they listen carefully to what the world around them tells them, and they know how to be incredibly grateful for everything that the world gives them. But the main thing is that they listen to themselves and build their priorities. The Japanese are the details, they are in the little things, they contemplate!

They care first of all about their health, and as a result - about their beauty. They are workaholics, this is a national trait, but at the same time they are extremely rational in building their lives and conserving internal resources. Their ecological conditions are much worse than ours - and at the same time, according to statistics, they live much longer than we do. Why it happens? We called this concept “active longevity,” and this story is not about aging at all - it is about how to live well at any age. This is not only beauty, but also nutrition, which replenishes the necessary supply of trace elements, and clean water that we drink and the massive introduction of biotechnology, which has long been included by the Japanese in insurance medicine.

What cosmetics are the most innovative now

The main trend is beauty through health. The second trend is natural onions. Japanese anti-age medicine states that the genetic program of the human body is designed for a lifespan of 140–150 years. Japan is confidently moving towards this bar, and we generously share with our patients the developments of our Japanese colleagues and our own patented techniques.

Today, RHANA Corporation is the exclusive distributor of Laennek and a number of other Japanese brands, which allows Russians and residents of neighboring countries to receive Laennek therapy in more than 5,000 clinics or purchase the drug by prescription in pharmacy chains. RHANA conducts ongoing research on the effectiveness of the drug and develops new treatment protocols.

Biotechnology of the future is perhaps the most important news trend of our time.

Positive thinking as a way of life

Our life is filled with endless striving forward, deadlines, plans, work issues. We have learned to find time for ourselves, and an appointment to a beauty salon or a clinic of aesthetic medicine has become our indispensable point in maintaining beauty and youth. Positive thinking, ecology and the purity of our consciousness are the main reason and method for the longevity of the Japanese nation and it is not easy to come by. On this, as well as on beauty, you need to work hard and be in harmony with yourself.

Most of all I love my job for the result that brings the favorite work of my life!
