Why do people rot alive and die, and no one helps them?

Why do doctors hide from patients with papillomas that they are dying and what is happening in the hospitals of our country - a frank interview with Mikhalkov.

Today's edition:
Nikita Mikhalkov

Soviet and Russian film director, actor, screenwriter and producer. National artist RSFSR. Full Cavalier of the Order of Merit for the Fatherland. Chairman of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia since 1998. Three times winner of the State Prize of the Russian Federation.

"When a 9-meter worm was taken out of me, I thought that everything was over. But in vain." (N.Mikhalkov)

Correspondent: "Nikita Sergeevich, why did you never talk about your serious illness? Last year you disappeared from the field of view of the press and were in fact not in contact with anyone. "

Nikita Mikhalkov: I thought that this was my own business and you should not bother others with your problems. Moreover, as it seemed to me, the problem was not so critical as to be seriously worried. So I made a decision that I would not make this personal issue public.

Correspondent: "What do you mean by that?"

For two months everything was more or less normal. Yes, there was a terrible fatigue, new papillomas continued to appear, something hurt from time to time, but nothing critical for health. Then suddenly there were sharp pains in the region of the kidneys. Literally at once. In the evening, when I went to bed, everything was fine. And in the morning I could hardly get out of bed, it hurt so much. I immediately went to the doctors.

Correspondent: "And what did they tell you?"

I agreed to the proposed amount, spent three weeks in the hospital as a bed patient, then came there every day. In the process of treatment, the pain first weakened, then it seemed to completely disappear.

Correspondent: "So they did help?"

At the same time, I was constantly observed by doctors, regularly spent a lot of money on expensive drugs, falling asleep in handfuls of pills. And falling apart every day. To be honest, at some point I thought I was going to die. There was not the slightest improvement in the situation.

Correspondent: "But you are sitting here in front of me. How did you get out?"

As for those doctors who extorted money from me, they have been arrested and are now testifying. It turned out that there was a whole large group of medical workers, from different institutions, who profited from people. That's why I want to warn people to be careful. If so dealt with enough famous person, then I'm scared to think what they do with those who are defenseless against these scum from medicine.

Correspondent: "And the drug you were cured with, can you tell us about it?"

Nikita Mikhalkov: Undoubtedly. This is Helmiton, a new drug jointly developed by Russia and Switzerland. Now it is available only on the territory of the developing countries, since the production volumes are small and they are not even enough to cover the needs of the residents of Russia and Switzerland for the drug.

Correspondent: “You said that they didn’t take money from you for it? But how can the rest of the Russians get it?”

Nikita Mikhalkov: They didn’t take money from me, because they don’t take it from anyone. Now "Helmiton" is distributed under a special state program, free of charge. An absolutely symbolic price of 147 rubles has been set for the drug, which makes it accessible to everyone. The problem is that doctors most often prefer to prescribe expensive drugs or procedures to patients, receiving “kickbacks” for this, rather than recommending a drug that is essentially free.

More recently, the Ministry of Health has found a way out of this situation. They launched a special website where every resident of Russia can leave a request for the drug and get it for 147 rubles . Now the bureaucratic moment is completely excluded from the process. It is enough to leave your name and phone number for the operator to contact you state program, consulted and specified when it would be convenient to bring the drug.

As you can see, everything is extremely simple and transparent, every person who has a computer or phone with Internet access can leave an application and get Helmiton.

Correspondent: "Do you want to say something goodbye?"

Nikita Mikhalkov missed the film festival in Yalta called "Eurasian Bridge", the ideological inspiration of which is the director himself. The reason was good: Mikhalkov had serious health problems. Fortunately, now all the worst is behind, and fans of Nikita Sergeevich's work can breathe easy: the master of cinema is again at the helm.

“I really wanted to come to the festival, but the sports injury I received does not allow me to do this yet,” Mikhalkov’s words were conveyed in the press service of the festival. As it turned out later, Mikhalkov had to undergo two surgeries in September.

“Unfortunately, I had to do two surgeries in a row on my hip. Well, nothing, but I’m walking, limping around Moscow, but I’ll get back into shape again, ”he said after a master class for students and graduates of theater universities, and also added that his recovery was going according to plan.

After an injury for some time, the director was somewhat limited in physical abilities and walked on crutches. “He is sick now, he had an operation. Nothing tragic is expected, but there was an unpleasant injury of a sporting nature, ”said Nikita Sergeevich’s friend, artist Alexander Adabashyan, in a conversation with reporters.

Recall that the Eurasian Bridge was held for the first time two years ago. This year, the opening of the film festival took place at the Yalta Chekhov Theater. The hosts of the ceremony were Alexander Strizhenov and Maria Kozhevnikova. The event featured nine gaming and eight documentaries. The program also included last movie the late Vera Glagoleva "Not Strangers", which was eventually awarded a special diploma. The award was given to the lead actress, People's Artist of Russia Tatyana Vasilyeva. “We worked at a frantic pace - we practically made this film in two weeks, thanks to the energy that Vera laid down, the energy of overcoming,” the actress said.

Among the star guests of the closing ceremony, one could see Vladimir Steklov, Kirill Zaitsev with his pregnant wife, Dmitry Kharatyan with his wife Marina Maiko and others. The venue for the film festival was not chosen by chance: even Mikhalkov himself noted that "in many respects the future of our cinema should and will be connected precisely with the Crimea, the real cradle of Russian cinema."

Nikita Sergeevich has a lot of work ahead of him in the field of cinema, so now he is not up to illness. True, the operations left their mark. “Two operations in a month, this is such a serious shock, but I am in the ranks,” he shared with the Moscow city news agency.

Soviet and Russian film director, actor, screenwriter and producer shared the terrible truth about his health

Mikhalkov noted that long time he was silent, because he considered it his own business and did not want to make the problem public.

He notes that when the first symptoms appeared, he did not even understand what was wrong.

But suddenly Mikhalkov had sharp pains in the kidney area.

“In the evening, when I went to bed, everything was fine. And in the morning I could hardly get out of bed, it hurt so much. I immediately went to the doctors,” he says.

The decision was made to go to the hospital.

“I won’t say how much they broke the price, but it was more than all reasonable restrictions. And of course, past the cash register. Officially, the procedure was done for a penny. In hindsight, I now understand that it was all such a “divorce” for money, with a stake in my life. But when you can die, logic fails, ”says Mikhalkov.

And it helped, not for long.

“Then the situation developed quite terribly. There were pains in the heart, the pressure began to jump wildly, although this had never happened before, my head ached terribly, my legs began to swell. Sometimes I couldn't get out of bed all day. At the same time, I was constantly observed by doctors, regularly spent a lot of money on expensive drugs, falling asleep in handfuls of pills. And falling apart every day. To be honest, at some point I thought I was going to die. There was not the slightest improvement in the situation, ”recalls Mikhalkov.

“Then I was desperate and agreed. The operation took 3.5 hours. In the process, a huge worm and a lot of small larvae were taken out of me. It looked so disgusting that it is beyond words. When a 9-meter worm was taken out of me, I thought that everything was over. And in vain,” says the actor.

While he was in the hospital under droppers, everything was fine. But just a few days after returning home, everything started all over again.

“And a month later I was already lying half dead in bed all day,” says Mikhalkov.

“As for those doctors who extorted money from me, they have been arrested and are now testifying. It turned out that there was a whole large group of medical workers, from different institutions, who profited from people. That's why I want to warn people to be careful. If they did this to a fairly well-known person, then I’m scared to think what they are doing to those who are defenseless against these scum from medicine, ”Mikhalkov summed up the story.
