IN GALOSCHES FOR THE TRUTH

“As soon as I found out that Lyuda was expelled, I left everything, the house, the cattle, rushed five hundred kilometers to Belgorod, to look for the truth,” Tatyana Mikhailovna does not hold back her tears. - We are simple people, I didn’t come at the parade, it was just snowing. I had galoshes on my feet, excuse me, the bosses looked at me - they probably see a village grandmother sitting.

Is a social lift possible in today's Russia? Or is a prestigious education only for “special children”, the offspring of generals and prosecutors, and the village orphan who miraculously broke into this circle, the white crow, will leave him just as quickly? And if she herself does not guess, then she will be helped in this.

Luda Fursova entered the Belgorod Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on her own. Not because of the status of an orphan, but in spite of it. “Now you can’t tell whether it happened by accident or on purpose,” says her guardian. - We were sure that she would pass, because she was a beneficiary, but at the last moment it turned out that she had no concessions, that our documents on benefits were lost, no one knows how, I managed to bring the documents, but my daughter passed the competition on a general basis. ..”

Volunteers from this educational institution, talking with the foster mother, sympathetically shook their heads. “They told me that maybe we would change our minds, there are other universities, simpler, but I, a fool, did not understand that this was not about studying, but about the fact that we were from the street,” Tatyana Demikhova sighs .

The Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Belgorod is one of the leading educational institutions in the region. As they say, people come here to study even from Moscow. They say that the teachers know their business, and the cadets have to follow the line - you can fly out of any course and for any misconduct, there were such precedents. However, rumors are spreading that more often those who entered without support and therefore cannot stand up for themselves fly out more often.

“You can do it yourself. The only downside is that you will have to give honor to fat generals all your life, ”one of the graduates writes on the website. Perhaps he is right. But how do you know the intricacies of the future service of a naive village girl? “I want to become an investigator to fight for justice,” Luda tells me.

Fighting for justice is powerful, especially in our Palestinians.

Judging by the voice from the handset, Lyuda Fursova is still a child, she even talks like a schoolgirl, she reports on what happened in detail, honestly, in detail, as if during an interrogation, it is clear that she has not just unlearned for almost three years as an investigator. And yet it is felt that recently she was crying ... All future life was broken in an instant.

At the end of April 2017, a cadet of the 232nd platoon of the faculty law enforcement Lyudmila Fursova was expelled from the institute as a result of a misconduct allegedly incompatible with the honor of a police officer. That's what it says in the release order.

It turned out that back in mid-February, an unpleasant incident occurred, the result of the investigation of which was this verbose document.

“Having the status of an employee of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation, on a far-fetched pretext, under the pretext of feeling unwell, not confirmed by a medical diagnosis, deliberately, in order to get an excuse for her absence from training sessions, during a conversation with a medical unit therapist, she allowed incorrect behavior and a statement that she “ can shoot someone,” which disorganized the work of the medical unit,” so vaguely and vaguely, with many commas, it is said about the expulsion of cadet Lyudmila Fursova.

Not in official phrases of the report, but in human language: allegedly, the student threatened the doctor that if she was not released from classes, she would shoot someone. The words of the doctor against the words of the girl. The doctor says that it was so, the student - that she did not say anything like that.

GLYCINE TABLETS BEFORE SHOOTING

“It was different. I felt bad that day,” says Lyudmila herself. - The next pair were shooting at the firing line. I went to the first-aid post so that they would give me a release, because my head was very dizzy, the pressure rose, you never know ... Still, in my hands military weapon. Will I suddenly faint? So honestly, I said that I was afraid of this. And in response to me, the nurse shouted that I was inventing everything in order to take off, she did not give me release.

That's where it all seemed to end. There was no “disorganization of the work of the medical unit”, according to cadet Fursova, no one raised a fuss, did not call the leadership, the police, help, did not shout “guard”, Lyuda was simply fed two tablets of glycine and sent to classes - however, she only attended, but did not shoot. It is strange, of course, that a cadet with “inadequate behavior” is released to all four sides ... And for another two months she, on an equal footing with everyone else, calmly visits the institute and the same shooting.

In the meantime, a report about the inappropriate behavior of an ordinary police officer, Fursova, went to the authorities.

And the head of the course, Lieutenant Colonel Sorokin, called the foster mother in her village, who sympathetically asked about life, about the girl’s relatives, and promised to sort everything out. Tatyana Mikhailovna opened up to him that Luda should not be expelled, her life was already unsweetened, and the girl’s biological parent is now in prison in general - for the accidental, drunk, murder of a roommate. “Well, I didn’t think about the bad when I spoke about Lyudina’s mother, and according to the court she was nobody for a long time, after all, she was deprived of her parental rights,” Tatyana Mikhailovna worries. “Luda has not lived with her since she was three years old, and there is nothing in common between them.”

To be fair, Tatyana Mikhailovna adds, Marina - that's the name of the negligent mother - is not a bad woman, it's just that life has not gone well. As it usually happens with us. Not found on her life path no one to help her, extended a helping hand in time. So I went on knurled to the very end.

But what does Luda have to do with it? Or is the same fate prepared for her ahead of time by someone?

“I didn’t know Marina myself, their village is far away,” recalls Tatyana Demikhova. - And we met our Luda by chance. My husband and I have four adult children, we did not even think about any foster children. But somehow I was visiting, returning home and bought a loaf on the way. So soft, fresh... The road went through the shelter. I look, there is a crumb of about five years old, holding on to the iron grate with his little hands: “Aunt, give me some bread!” - "Whose will you be?" - "I'm an orphanage."

I bought her juice and more bananas. "Will you come to me tomorrow?" - "I'll come." The next day there are already three of them at the grate, they ask to eat, their eyes are all - even a howl of a wolf.

“For a long time we did not dare to arrange guardianship for ourselves, after all, we are old, and this is a big responsibility,” adds Tatyana Mikhailovna. - Then another family took Lyuda under guardianship, but it turned out that because of the money, this often happens in the village, they returned her to the orphanage thin, dirty, she coughed badly, was sick ... Needless to say, the girl experienced a lot. When I saw her again, I thought that I would not give it to anyone else in the world ... "

Luda's biological mother somehow filed a lawsuit to restore her rights, by that time the girl had accumulated decent money in her bank account, which the guardians did not spend, so the mother decided to ... earn extra money. But nothing happened. The judge did not believe her. And Luda stayed with foster moms and dads.

“We bought beautiful outfits for our daughter, she walked with us like a princess. She also took up swimming and athletics, and played for the school in basketball, - lists Tatyana Demikhova. - But her main dream was to go to law school, she repeated from childhood: “When I grow up and I jail all criminals!”

APPLE FROM APPLE TREE

Meanwhile, the society on the Internet, which always needs everything, has split into two parts. Most feel sorry for Luda, are indignant at the behavior of the representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and offer help. But there are those who believe that it is better to "overdo it." “In this story, I am embarrassed that a person with severe childhood psychotrauma is trying to come to serve in law enforcement agencies,” says a certain Dmitry. “Having received power over us and weapons, what will he do? Protect the law? Or revenge for your difficult childhood? She needs to look for another, civil university and another specialty. Have pity on the girl..."

“Let's imagine a situation. The girl is in charge. There is a criminal, for example, a robber, - Mary's spelling is preserved. “And then the mother asks to help this man and the girl agrees.”

It is hard to imagine what would have happened if everything had been completely different ... In our Criminal Code there is no subjunctive moods. And here the girl does not remember what her mother looks like. Legally, and humanly, she is nobody. And we all have a history of so many psychotraumas that if you pay attention to this, there will be no one to work in the police.

Moreover, Luda passed all psychological tests upon admission, and none of the doctors revealed any abnormalities in her. And during the official investigation, the student even agreed to a lie detector test, but she was refused this.

The law seems to be unambiguous: a man is not responsible for the woman who gave birth to him and abandoned him. It’s impossible to expel a girl because she has some kind of “not such” blood relative with whom only part of her DNA is common, but this is the most heinous thing - to pick up another, parallel reason, just to get rid of, apparently, the wrong cadet. And at the same time find an excuse for such a decision.

“The apple does not fall far from the tree” is a wonderful proverb for all time.

And this is not meanness - to do so, but to purge the ranks of future employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in order to sift and weed out all possible weeds in advance. Overdo it. And that the criminals, as most often happens, are police officers with a crystal clear biography, so you can’t guess ...

About the misfortune of Luda Fursova, Nadezhda Yushkina, herself mother of many children, curator of the Women for Putin project, she sincerely resented how this could be in modern state, as if in a clan medieval society. When the cadets were divided into those who deserve to graduate from this university and put on police shoulder straps and who got here by mistake, by accident. And must be excluded at all costs.

“Judge for yourself, the girl was expelled only on the basis of the testimony of one doctor. There is no question of any independent examinations. In fact, anyone can be expelled this way. There is a feeling that the real reasons for what happened are hidden behind the general formulations, ”Nadezhda reflects.

“When I asked the head of the course, Sorokin, who promised to help us so much, why our Luda was expelled, he answered me by phone that she, they say, was unreliable. "What are we to do now?" “Finish at the vocational school,” Tatyana Demikhova grieves. Nobody at the institute wanted to talk to her at all. In January, Lyudmila turned 21, according to the law she is an adult and must solve her problems herself.

But not only the guardian Tatyana Mikhailovna, who considers herself her mother, stood up for Luda, but the whole village. And guardianship authorities, and former teachers, and the head of the Dobrinsky district of the Lipetsk region, Sergei Moskvoretsky.

“Honesty, adherence to principles, the ability to defend one’s views and beliefs — distinctive features girls. Lyudmila showed high legal culture. She was distinguished by social adulthood, responsibility for her actions, independence in decision-making ”- these words characterize the graduate of the teacher and director high school N2, which she graduated from.

At the institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs itself, the situation with Lyudmila Fursova was confirmed to us, the hype has already reached Moscow, but the leadership is reluctant to talk about it, they say, everything happened according to the law, period. The girl’s friends were urged not to give any comments or help ... As usual with our police, as soon as trouble happens with an employee, it immediately turns out that he was fired retroactively and no one knows him.

This is probably what they teach students in law schools. Time to betray and forget. It is unlikely that in such circumstances one could hope that justice would prevail. The system does not give up its own ....

When the material was already being prepared for publication, Tatyana Demikhova, the girl's guardian, called me with hope. “Katyusha, Lyudmila was reinstated at the institute. According to the settlement agreement, they said that this was a mistake, that they would fix everything, God forbid ... "

But the joy was premature. All that the leadership of an MVD university has the honor to offer at the moment: if the parents stop raising a scandal, complaining to the prosecutor's office and the court, stop searching for the truth, then they are ready to forgive them 300,000 rubles, who now want to force Lyudmila to pay according to the law for the fact that she studied with them for free for three years.

Lyudmila Fursova, expelled from the Belgorod Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, was called there to recover and left in front of a closed door

The story of the girl from dog house”, cadets of the Belgorod Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Lyudmila Fursova, girls with difficult fate, expelled from the university under a far-fetched pretext, received a continuation. And not at all what we - and our readers - were hoping for.

"I was instructed by the head of the institute to bring you the information that the expulsion order is canceled and Lyudmila is being reinstated for further education. Please come, we will prepare a hotel for you," this call is in the apartment of the foster parents of 21-year-old Lyuda Fursova in the village of Dobrinka Lipetsk region was heard late last night.

The caller introduced himself as police colonel Andrey Dmitrakov, deputy head of the Belgorod Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia named after I.D. Putilin on work with personnel.

The conversation was recorded by the TV men who were present here - the story of the "girl from the doghouse", Luda Fursova, who was expelled from the third year of a prestigious police university for a "not such" biography, stirred up all of Russia. From the very morning, everyone called into a small village house: deputies, senators, lawyers, journalists, human rights activists...

We sincerely hope that justice will prevail.

The girl was promised to be restored to educational institution. Moreover, they not only wanted to talk to her guardians, whom the institute authorities had not even wanted to let on the threshold, they were even ready to put them up for the night in a departmental hotel, if only they would come.

There was an annoying error with the deduction? Do you remember and understand? Or did the miserable fate of the abandoned orphan, about which more than half a million readers read, still melt the hearts of police officials?

We were waiting for a miracle, early in the morning Tatyana Demikhova, who actually replaced Lyudmila's mother, together with Lyuda set off on a long journey - to meet with the general, to Belgorod, 400 kilometers away.

Recall that at the age of three, the guardianship authorities took Lyuda Fursova away from her dissolute mother, who did not pay attention to the baby, the girl was fed by a dog in a doghouse.

The guardian, Tatyana Demikhova, saw Lyuda when she asked for bread at the fence of the shelter. The girl was taken home, she studied, became a real Russian beauty with a long braid, finished school well. Foster parents have a whole pack of commendations and thank you letters. Lyudmila was enrolled in the Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia named after Putilin - by local standards, an elite university, where very difficult children study.

Now it’s hard to say what happened, whether Lyudino’s sad past played a role, whether his character was independent or what else became known to the curators of the university - the biological parent of a girl who was deprived a long time ago parental rights, convicted for the drunken murder of a cohabitant, but Luda studied at the institute only until the middle of her third year. Formal reason for expulsion: the cadet allegedly discredited the honor of a police officer.

“In February, I felt bad, my blood pressure rose, my nose bled, in the medical unit I wanted to take time off from classes at the shooting ranges, you never know what could happen, I still have a military weapon in my hands! But the nurse said that I was just shirking, and wrote a report that she allegedly threatened to shoot everyone, although there was no such thing!" Lyudmila swears.

Lyuda with her foster mother.

Nobody began to find out the truth. Lyudmila was accused of inappropriate behavior. The foster parents of the girl, according to them, were advised to register her in a vocational school - there, they say, she belongs. And if they do not agree to leave the institute voluntarily and raise a scandal, then they will be charged 300 thousand rubles for violation of the contract, 8.5 thousand rubles a month, they were besieged from all sides, there was no way out.

For a girl who does not yet have an education, a job, no close relatives who are ready to stand up for her, after 18 years the rights and obligations of guardians are canceled, this is a monstrous amount. No connections to defend themselves, the leadership of the institute washed their hands and offered to sue themselves. But we all know how such courts end up for ordinary girls from the village.

Neither deputies nor senators remained indifferent to the orphan's misfortune. The very next day, the Investigative Bodies of the Investigative Committee Russian Federation in the Belgorod region, a pre-investigation check was organized on the publication of "MK".

"The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation is conducting an audit on the fact of the expulsion of a cadet from the Belgorod Law Institute. During the audit, they will carefully and objectively study all the circumstances of the decision. The results of the audit will be announced additionally," she said. official representative Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Irina Volk.

We hoped for a happy ending, for the fact that all together, the whole society, would be able to change at least something in this system.

Tonight, Luda and her adoptive parents were supposed to meet with the leadership of the institute, where they were so insistently invited.

But they talked ... with the door closed. For some unknown reason, General Igor Amelchakov did not even deign to go out to the people whom he himself had invited. They stood in the waiting room and went home. The secretary told them that they should come tomorrow morning, maybe the general will receive them.

In general, it is not clear: why then they called, tore off the spot, for what? And all this was done in front of witnesses. “We didn’t go to the institute’s hotel, we don’t need anything from them, we’ll spend the night, as God wills, and tomorrow we will decide what to do next,” sighs Tatyana Demikhova, the foster mother.

In fact, what happened today in the BelEUI of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, beckoned and abandoned, it generally, as it seems to us, goes beyond all reasonable limits. And it seems to us that the organizations supervising this university should definitely pay attention to this.

“They said that our Luda needs to go to a vocational school, that’s where she belongs” The life of Lyuda Fursova from the district village of Dobrinka in the Lipetsk region changed dramatically at the age of three, when the guardianship authorities took the baby away from her own unlucky mother. The girl was found in a doghouse, where she nailed to feed and warm herself ...

Lyuda went through fire and water, graduated from high school well and, having withstood a huge competition, entered the budget at the Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Belgorod to become a police officer. It was her cherished dream.

But in the third year, having learned that the girl's biological mother, deprived of parental rights, is now in prison, Lyudmila was put out the door ... Formally, for a different reason. And they demanded to reimburse 300,000 rubles - that's how much the state spent for three years on the orphan's studies.

“I was told that our Lyuda needs to go to a vocational school, that’s where she belongs,” says Tatyana Demikhova, the girl’s guardian, her real mother, they have been together for more than ten years.

- We are simple people, I didn’t come during the parade, it was snowing.

In galoshes for the truth

“As soon as I found out that Lyuda was expelled, I left everything, the house, the cattle, rushed five hundred kilometers to Belgorod, to look for the truth,” Tatyana Mikhailovna does not hold back her tears. - We are simple people, I didn’t come during the parade, it was snowing.

Fighting for justice is strong, especially in our Palestinians.

Judging by the voice from the handset, Lyuda Fursova is still a child, she even talks like a schoolgirl, she reports on what happened in detail, honestly, in detail, as if during an interrogation, it is clear that she has not just unlearned for almost three years as an investigator. And yet one feels that recently she cried ... All future life was broken in an instant.

At the end of April 2017, Lyudmila Fursova, a cadet of the 232nd platoon of the faculty of law enforcement, was expelled from the institute as a result of a misconduct allegedly incompatible with the honor of a police officer. That's what it says in the release order.

It turned out that back in mid-February, an unpleasant incident occurred, the result of the investigation of which was this verbose document.

“Having the status of an employee of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation, on a far-fetched pretext, under the pretext of feeling unwell, not confirmed by a medical diagnosis, deliberately, in order to get an excuse for her absence from training sessions, during a conversation with a medical unit therapist, she made incorrect behavior and said that she “ can shoot someone, "which disorganized the work of the medical unit," so vaguely and vaguely, with many commas, it is said about the expulsion of cadet Lyudmila Fursova.

Not in official phrases of the report, but in human language: allegedly, the student threatened the doctor that if she was not released from classes, she would shoot someone. The words of the doctor against the words of the girl. The doctor says that it was so, the student - that she did not say anything like that.

Glycine tablets before execution

“It was different. I felt bad that day, - says Lyudmila herself. - The next pair were shooting at the firing line. I went to the first-aid post so that they would give me a release, because my head was very dizzy, the pressure rose, you never know ... After all, I still have a military weapon in my hands. Will I suddenly faint? So honestly, I said that I was afraid of this. And in response to me, the nurse shouted that I was inventing everything in order to take off, she did not give me release.

That's where it all seemed to end. There was no “disorganization of the work of the medical unit”, according to cadet Fursova, no one raised a fuss, did not call the leadership, the police, help, did not shout “guard”, Lyuda was simply fed two glycine tablets and sent to classes - however, she was at the shooting only attended, but did not shoot.

“Well, I didn’t think badly when I spoke about Lyudina’s mother, and according to the court she was nobody for a long time, after all, she was deprived of her parental rights,” Tatyana Mikhailovna worries. “Luda has not lived with her since she was three years old, and there is nothing in common between them.”

To be fair, Tatyana Mikhailovna adds, Marina - that's the name of a negligent mother - is not a bad woman, it's just that life has not gone well. As it usually happens with us. There was no one on her life path who would help her, extended a helping hand in time.

"Will you come to me tomorrow?" - "I'll come." The next day, there are already three of them at the grate, they ask for food, everyone's eyes - even a howl of a wolf.

And Luda stayed at the foster mom and dad.

“We bought beautiful outfits for our daughter, she walked with us like a princess. She went in for swimming, athletics, and played for the school in basketball, - lists Tatyana Demikhova.

But there are those who believe that it is better to "overdo it." “In this story, I am embarrassed that a person with severe childhood psychotrauma is trying to come to serve in law enforcement,” says a certain Dmitry. - Having received power over us and weapons, what will he do? Protect the law? Or revenge for your difficult childhood? She needs to look for another, civil university and another specialty. Have pity on the girl..."

“Let's imagine a situation. The girl is in charge. There is a criminal, for example, a robber, - Mary's spelling is preserved. “And then the mother asks to help this man and the girl agrees.”

It is hard to imagine what would have happened if everything had been completely different... There are no subjunctive moods in our Criminal Code.

It is impossible to expel a girl because she has some kind of “not such” blood relative, with whom only part of the DNA is common, but this is the most heinous thing - to pick up another, parallel reason, just to get rid of, apparently, the wrong cadet.

Nadezhda Yushkina, a mother of many children, the curator of the Women for Putin project, spoke about the misfortune of Luda Fursova on the social network, she sincerely resented how this could be in a modern state, as if in a clan medieval society.

There is a feeling that the true reasons for what happened are hidden behind the general formulations, ”Nadezhda reflects.

“When I asked the head of the course, Sorokin, who promised to help us so much, why our Luda was expelled, he answered me by phone that she, they say, was unreliable. "What are we to do now?" - “Finish at the vocational school,” Tatyana Demikhova grieves.

“Honesty, adherence to principles, the ability to defend one's views and beliefs are the hallmarks of a girl. Lyudmila demonstrated a high legal culture. She was distinguished by social adulthood, responsibility for her actions, independence in decision-making” - these are the words used to characterize the graduate teacher and principal of secondary school N2, which she graduated from.

We wrote in detail about this egregious situation on May 21 in the article “The Girl from the Doghouse”: a cadet of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was expelled for her past”

More than half a million readers of the article in MK, namely, how many views she collected in just one day, sympathized with the girl’s misfortune and offered help. Probably realizing their misconceptions, late at night on May 22, the leadership of the institute called the village of Dobrinka in the Lipetsk region, where Lyudmila lives with her guardians: “The head of the institute instructed me to bring you information that the expulsion order is being canceled and Lyudmila is being reinstated for further education. Please come,” the caller introduced himself as police colonel Andrey Dmitrakov, deputy head of the Belgorod Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia named after I.D. Putilin for work with personnel.

The conversation was recorded by the TV people present here: the story of the “girl from the doghouse” stirred up all of Russia.

However, in Belgorod, no one met the guardians and Lyuda, who traveled more than 400 kilometers in a day. The educational institution said that Mr. General is on vacation, and the one who called them allegedly urgently left for Moscow. other cadets, former friends girls ran past her without greeting or raising their eyes...

“They offered us a free hotel room and food. We are not beggars to accept such handouts. So embarrassing that we were fooled! And I still believed in a fairy tale! .. ”- the guardian of the girl Tatyana Mikhailovna lamented.

Hope dies last. Last night we were sure that the truth would never be achieved. But the very next day everything turned upside down again.

Early in the morning, MK received a call from the press center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and was told that the minister’s personal order on the restoration of Lyudmila Fursova had already been published on the department’s website: “At the direction of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the decision to expel a third-year cadet from the Belgorod Law Institute was revised ...”

It is noted that the leadership of the institute also decided to cancel the order related to the dismissal of the cadet from service in the internal organs.

In the morning, visitors from Dobrinka were received by the general himself, apparently having returned from vacation, and even gave him coffee. “They talked to us very politely, they said what happened unfortunate misunderstanding, which does not happen! Thanks to everyone who helped us, who didn’t leave us in trouble, it’s all thanks to your indifference, Russian people!” - adoptive parents do not hold back tears of joy.

As far as we know, Vladimir Kolokoltsev continues to keep this situation under his control. Lyudmila will have a session and summer holidays which she probably did not expect ...

Considering everything that happened to Lyudmila Fursova, our newspaper is ready to make a petition to the police department to transfer her to another university, where the girl can finish her studies in peace.
