Shop windows beckon with their diversity. The brain almost ceases to think and restrain us from doing stupid things. It is worth figuring out why there is a stupor and the inability to resist junk food? Hunger. it the only reason, which leads to a state of insanity. It is he who orders to search, find and buy junk food. There is only one efficient way to resist hunger - to be full.

Rule two: food is always with me

To do this, you need to start a food tank. It can be a small plastic box, because glass, if handled carelessly, can break at the most inopportune moment, for example, in your purse when you are riding on a crowded bus. It should contain products of three degrees of importance, which can be characterized by the following phrases:

  • Light hunger

It may seem that all this will take up a lot of space, but it is not. Our goal is to prevent relapse, not to eat a full meal. The size of the box can be 15x15 cm. This volume is enough to go through difficult moments on the way to work and back easily and painlessly. The box should be airtight and its lid should be easy to open.

Every time there is a desire to eat, it must be done unconditionally. What you eat at any given moment depends on the degree of hunger. It is better not to eat the entire contents of the box, because this is emergency help and it should not replace the next full meal. And you need to eat when and where you are hungry. Overcome your shyness and help yourself. You can and should eat on the bus, at work, or just walking down the street. Passers-by will still not consider what exactly you are eating, i.e. do not recognize that you are a raw foodist, and therefore, somehow differ from others. This is the most common reason for refusing to follow this rule. You should be guided only by your own interests and needs, because you do not commit anything criminal at the moment of helping yourself. Confidence and pride in yourself will gradually come. After a while, the problem of the influence of someone else's opinion will disappear, and you will boldly say - I am a raw foodist!

To stay on a raw food diet, you need to get the same emotions from food as before with every meal. The food you cook must be tasty. Each bite should look and smell so good that you want to eat it as soon as possible. The taste buds should be able to sense the same range of flavors, and the eyes should enjoy the picturesque sight on the plate.

Rule three: always delicious food

Raw food cuisine is very diverse and at first you will be in search of your favorite dishes. It is imperative to search and try. So for the first six months of a raw food diet, you will try most of the raw food dishes and choose the ones that best suit your needs. It is best to avoid relapses during a raw food diet.... Why? Because a breakdown will take you a few points back on your path to a raw food diet, and may also harm your health. You can harm your health if you break down at a time when the microflora is restructuring in your body at the initial stage. Especially if you break down during a crisis. During a crisis, it is better to try to endure. It is very good to abstain from food altogether during the difficult moments of transition to a raw food diet. That is, go hungry during a crisis.
