Pamela Jacobs, at 52, seems to be stuck in her 20s and looks like her 21-year-old son's girlfriend.

The woman claims that the secret of her youth is simple: it is healthy eating, sunscreen and coconut oil for all sorts of uses.

Of course, genetics were also involved here: Pamela says that her mother, brothers and sisters also look younger than they really are.

Youthful looks, good genes, healthy eating, lots of exercise and coconut oil- these are the constant attributes of her life.

Pamela definitely likes to look young, but she doesn't play with her appearance.

"I'm not sure I would take a car wash in a bikini. There are still some restrictions when you're the mother of a 21-year-old son. Although I still wear little denim shorts in the garden."

Pamela's son wonders how his mother manages to get compliments from much younger men, if not even from his peers.

"Some of my acquaintances refused to believe that this was my son and not a friend."

"It's flattering, but I prefer men of a similar age to me."

Pamela admits that she feels strange and awkward in this position, but despite this, she does not see any real disadvantages in order to look younger than her years.

"A few years ago I was buying a ticket to London and the cashier asked for my student transport card. I told him that I was not a student and gave my real age. He stepped back and blushed."

Despite her well-groomed appearance, Mrs. Jacobs, who will turn 53 in next month, says she's starting to notice some signs of aging, such as fatigue.

"I'm a big fan of coconut oil, I use it in cooking, add it to my coffee, use it as a make-up remover and hair treatment, as my mother taught me, and apply it to the body twice a day as a moisturizer."

The woman avoids wheat products and does not eat fruit due to the high sugar content, but says anything else is allowed.

"I follow the 80/20 rule: 80% healthy food and 20% non-healthy food."

"I think the secret eternal youth is to smile every day. What could be better than a smile if it takes decades away? What contributes to my youth best is what makes me feel good and gives me self-confidence. I'm not perfect, I have flaws like everyone else, but I'm grateful for what I have."

To look young, Pamela developed her lifestyle:

Diet

Pamela was born in South Asia and eats super healthy foods, mostly vegetables and proteins like salmon.

Pamela loves Asian cuisine and often cooks dishes with ginger, cumin and turmeric, believing that these spices are very good for health.

Breakfast is a boiled egg with gluten-free toast, or oatmeal and coconut yogurt with nuts and fresh berries.

After eating, Pamela drinks a glass of coconut water and always tries to keep an eye on her iron levels, as iron levels plummet at this age.

Pamela dines with a salad prepared at home in the morning. It typically contains a mixture of spinach, kale, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, red peppers, avocados, beans, and sauerkraut. Fresh basil and coriander add flavor to the salad, while pumpkin and sunflower seeds add crunch.

"For protein ingredients, I add salmon, eggs or chicken, as well as cayenne pepper and lots of black pepper."

Dinner consists of a portion of chicken, oily fish or lamb steak with a "mountain of vegetables" - broccoli and zucchini are favorites.

In addition, she hardly drinks coffee, and her daily diet includes a handful of almonds and fresh celery.

During the day, Pamela drinks water flavored with freshly squeezed lime juice.

Exercises

A woman goes to functional training once a week and immediately after that she does fitness yoga.

IN gym she goes to sauna and Russian bath.

"I sit in the sauna for 10 minutes and then take an ice cold shower. It invigorates me and tones my skin."

Skin care

To keep her skin looking young, she uses a moisturizing barrier cream and essential oils. Mrs. Jacobs also uses an anti-aging eye cream and deep cleansing mask once a week.

Body care

Pamela moisturizes her body with coconut oil twice a day and says it helps her skin stay incredibly soft.

She also uses a body brush before showering and prefers paraben-free shower gels.

Once a week, she takes a bath with the addition of pink Himalayan salt. She also uses a foot scrub every day.

2. Christie Brinkley is 61 years old
There are no supermodels "former", this cheerful American mother of three adult children proves, who makes a splash with every appearance. In appearance, they give her 35 years, but they are often mistaken in the smaller direction. In this photo, she is next to eldest daughter, 29-year-old Alexa (from famous musician Billy Joel).

Secrets of youth: gentle exfoliators that can be used daily, a healthy diet (Christy herself is a staunch vegetarian), mandatory workouts and, perhaps most importantly - positive attitude. “It works real miracles: it prolongs life, makes the step springy, and the eyes shine,” Brinkley convinces. How not to believe?

3. Demi Moore Age 52
Even the ubiquitous paparazzi, catching the actress without makeup, cannot compromise her. Having recovered from a painful divorce from Ashton Kutcher, who is 15 years younger than her, Demi looks no worse today than in happy marriage. In the photo, she is surrounded by daughters (from a previous marriage to Bruce Willis) - 21-year-old Tallulah (left) and 23-year-old Scout.

Secrets of youth: good genes, a strict diet and regular intense training. Her profession helped her enter the regime: roles in the films "Striptease" in 1996 and "Soldier Jane" in 1997 required an excellent physical training. Since then, Demi has accustomed herself to early and long runs, weightlifting and yoga. Below is a recent Instagram photo of Demi Moore of her third daughter, Rumer Willis, with the caption "the cutest human being":

4. Jane Seymour Age 64
The Bond Girl (Live and Let Die, 1973) and the star of the hit '90s TV series Dr. Quinn, Doctor Woman still turns men's heads and ladies' envy by flaunting a tight mini.

All this, as she assures, "little by little, without fanaticism." In addition, Seymour does not deny that she did plastic surgery - an eyelid lift and a breast shape, but says that it was "a long time ago, in time immemorial". But Jane says a firm “no” to Botox: “I’m an actress, you need to play with your face, and there will be no emotions with Botox.”

5. Elle MacPherson Age 51
The Australian model, actress and TV presenter does not give the slightest reason to gossip, periodically appearing in public without makeup. For example, in this photo she and her 12-year-old son are walking through winter Sydney (it is winter in the southern hemisphere).

Secrets of youth: El herself admits that the list is "endless". She gets up every day at 5 am breathing exercises, drinks a liter of water, and then closes her eyes for 10 minutes and imagines everything she would like to do and see in the coming day, abstractly and concretely. Beauty rituals are sure to include exfoliating treatments, skin hydration and sun protection - anytime, anywhere. And, of course, proper nutrition and removal of toxins from the body under the supervision of a nutritionist.

6. Apasra Khongsakula Age 68
Yes, the numbers don't lie! Amazingly, Miss Universe 1965, the first Thai winner of this pageant, has changed very little in half a century. Take a look at this photo that she posted on her Facebook in 2012, making a splash in the Asian segment of the Internet:

Secrets of youth: she was rumored to have spent 2.5 THB ($75,000) on anti-aging treatments and plastic surgery. Envious people are also convinced that the incredibly young look in the photo is the result of strong retouching. Still the same fragile and smooth-faced as at 20, singer Valeria, mother of three children, does not sit on diets, but has been practicing yoga for many years, which, according to her, gives "physical and spiritual harmony."

Secrets of youth: a bunch of sites on the Internet share advice "from Valeria", and, frankly, among this abundance it is difficult to find real ones. Therefore, it is easier to turn to the video where Valeria lists: in addition to yoga, treadmill, exercises for the press in the morning and a complete balanced diet with the rejection of dinner. “I have not smoked a single cigarette in my life, I am absolutely indifferent to alcohol - this is already a lot,” she says.
